This game always scares me. There were too many years where we were significantly better than the Riders but still somehow lost (Rocky Butler and Michael Bishop games come to mind) and I'm still suffering PTSD. That said, we seem to have flipped the script in their new toilet bowl stadium and we definitely are a much better team, so I remain cautiously optimistic.

That sucks. I didn't mind his Twitter posts pushing the league and his team. I hope it wasn't the CFL coming down on him for it...

From all accounts, Flacco is going to be the opening day starter but based on what he has left in the tank, the Jet's would be better off rolling with White while Wilson is out. All that to say, if Streveler doesn't make that roster in some capacity, it will be a damned travesty. That kid has EARNED a spot.

In 2021 Bombers blew everyone away and there was literally nothing to argue until the Grey Cup… This year, apparently the refs and the football gods are giving all their gifts in blue wrapping, and despite clobbering BC, sweeping a gritty stamps team, playing 10 straight games including two short-week away games and now 10-1… it’s still if, but, can’t, won’t with this guy 🤦🏻‍♂️

I am not sure where he got the information that O'Shea was told by the officials that it wouldn't be overturned? From all accounts, O'Shea didn't believe it would be overturned, that in no way makes it the correct call. It just means the chances of it being overturned were not there because the CFL has been reticent to do so on RTP calls. There is a big difference between not wanting to challenge because the chance of it being overturned are small, and acknowledging that is was the correct call which to my knowledge MOS has never done....because it wasn't. I am super unclear as to why TB believes that MOS not challenging means he believes the call was correct? I mean really a blind squirrel could see that the RTP call was grossly incorrect. Every bit as egregious as the non-fumble incorrect call. Both plays had impact on the outcome of the game in their own way. Neither call resulted in one team winning/losing a game they shouldn't have.

When you watch these post game speeches when time after time after time Saleh has been propping up Strevy, there is no way he retains any credibility with his team if Strevy isn't on it. Look at the excitement of his team mates, this guy is on the team and hopefully sees some game action and shoves some balls up the a$$es of the doubters and haters. Has their been anyone that works harder for so little? Not that I know of.

I don't see how Streve is not finding his way on the Jets roster in some capacity....With a preseason he's had he has to have gained some respect from the New York team....politics or whatever...In any event I can see him making his way north IF things don't pan out with the Jets

Without an overt endorsement of these, but clear in his meaning, he can vaguely distance himself without offending or alienating them should violence occur. Plausible deniability.

A team is a sum of its parts...both us and sask are equally as banged up...I would say our losses are more significant than theirs....one team is barely over 500...another is 10-1...I like our chances to sweep...factor in discipline and better coaching and culture...its a slam dunk
