  6. 1. Dru Brown I give Collaros a lot of latitude based on what’s he’s done with the team since he’s been here but he didn’t look sharp and I’m not sure we win if he stayed in the game. Dru gets my first star for being calm, composed and for being efficient with the ball (not to mention leading us to a win and overcoming a 22 point deficit). 2. Kenny Lawler Second star for the simple fact his play making ability is a difference maker. With a man draped all over him, he makes a one handed grab in the end zone when we needed it. 3. Evan Holm I’ve been beating this drum since the preseason and while he hasn’t been spectacular, he’s been one of our better DBs all year. His pick was what I’ve been waiting to see out of him .. he can run, is positionally sound and is growing as a player each week but hasn’t turned the ball over. This week, we needed a play on defence to get some momentum and swagger back and Holm delivered. Happy Honker. Brady Olivera Hard running and good chunks of yardage when we needed it, especially in the fourth. He may not have the short area burst that SOME backs have but he’s a guy who can salt a game away if given a chance.

  7. I've used this exact phrase many many many times on this board...... there's not enough people on here who accept this of themselves. There's about 4 or 5 people on here who even have a bit of a clue and can attempt something even close to an educated guess, and I'm perfectly fine with that. The rest of us are just taking wild guesses about everything.

    Site Slow Down and Issues

It's not fixed. It will slow down again. Should get more technical help tomorrow. Have shut off everything and really narrowed this down to the forum software itself. Will see what their support says on Monday.

  18. Yup, anyone involved on the rtp non-call needs a severe reprimand, and I agree, an apology to ZC8 and the Wpg Football Club.

  29. Sure you can. One is a marquis quarterback and the reigning most outstanding player and the other is a guy you wouldn’t miss if he wasn’t in your lineup each week. The CFL made a huge mistake Thursday and it’s not a good look.

  33. I wouldn’t be shocked if he’s able to play. They may just be taking a cautious approach to make sure he’s definitely 100% before letting him practice. But as others have said, we have no idea what his exact injury even is, never mind how serious it is/was…. So who knows? Having Brown as our plan B, is pretty damn decent.

  34. You know, that’s a great assessment.

  35. Highly doubt it, he will play
    1 point
  36. Yeah, didn’t mean to hack on him too hard. He’s one of the few who puts effort into keeping track of league history through stats, and he does not have a database like Elias sports tracking stuff for him. The transition to the new stats website cannot be helpful for him. Would be good to have more like him working to compile a full statistical history of the CFL.
