Glad the Bombers acted swiftly here. Hope the days of teams covering for abusers is over (at least in the CFL, I don't have much hope for the NHL, NFL etc.)

Each year of NFL service will count towards one season of their CFL rookie deal. " This is a good change to a dumb rule. Glad this got fixed

I believe you have the CFL mixed up with the Justice system. The CFL is under no obligation to prove anything. Also **** Saunders. Hope a couple hours (yes this went on for hours) was worth the jail time. I'm guessing teams won't touch him and that he will likely be banned from signing a contract

Interesting tidbit: "Commencing in 2023, the CFL will have the option to move the season up by as much as 30 days". 30 days seems a little too much, but even moving the season up a couple of weeks will help with Grey Cup weather.

The money could be used for more effective supports. Real crime prevention. Not boys with guns curb stomping brown people. They did effectively subdue the parents though. Real heroes. Also heard ICE was there. Fewer terrorists in uniforms and more help to prevent these crimes would be a benefit to society

May I make an alternate, cheaper and more efficient proposal to you? Park at the Park and Ride rapid bus station. It's cheaper because your daughter is free. I understand the buses still run regularly during the game. It's not like the park and ride up that comes from across the city. You pay $3.10 each way but don't have to deal the traffic getting on campus and off. There is a TON of construction right now on campus. Depending on where you come from, you can park darn close to the stadium but avoid the traffic.

He’s not locked up. He’s in the United States. Who is judging guilt? There’s no issue with terminology it’s an accusation. But not going to help in a competitive battle for a roster spot. The Bombers owe him nothing.

How does a guy who was given one last chance at continuing his pro career get himself into this situation within a week of arriving in town. You would think he would be focused on winning a job rather then picking up young women at a bar.

Maybe he's not guilty of a criminal offense... but there's a pretty good chance something happened... and it gives a bad look to the Bombers and the CFL... Bombers management won't stand for that... they released him and moved on... nothing more to see here, in my opinion

Pretty sure the girls are "plants" from a business (possibly the bar called Cowboys, in Calgary) but either way, in this day and age, nobody.. Especially men.... Gets to judge women for how they dress and where they sit and how they enjoy the game. If they're having fun, all the power to them!

We have lots of fans at Bomber games dress up. They're obviously doing it for attention and, yet, they are men! Shocking that people of all genders do things to get attention.
