Identical to last week

I liked what I saw from Cooley and would love to see him get more reps. He seemed to be a guy like Charles Roberts who can do quick cuts and find holes but with the added benefit of being build like a tank and being able to power through for a few extra yards. It would be nice to see if he can be the real deal.

Or when it counts of late 0-3

I get it but I hate the whole approach. Status quo and never trying to find ways to improve our roster got us where we are today.

MCI scored a beautiful TD last game that was called back on a penalty. I can totally see his role expanded.

I hate to pile on but this comment is just incorrect... Bighill is almost universally loved for his time in Wpg... he's one of the key reasons we broke the drought and won back-to-backs... we just don't want him on the field any more... it's plain to see his best days are long gone... all the best to him in Calgary.... I look forward to when he signs a one-day contract and retires a Bomber so we can properly celebrate him here

We won't spend money on receivers now. We're dead last in the CFL in receiving yards per game. We get what we pay for. Yet defensively, we waste money on guys like Thomas & Wilson. Makes no sense.

Like Milt Stegall is the best receiver ever in the league and will always be a fan favourite.... but if they tried to put him in the field we'd all lose our ****. Every player no matter how great has a best before date. Bighill is well past his.

Who's hating? You can argue his level of play but he is old for a player and coming is off a major injury - those are facts, not opinion. It's also not an attack on his character. We all know what kind of guy he is and we love him for it but his on-field best before date is in the rearview mirror. If he can crack the Stamps active roster, kudos to him and I hope he can end his career on a high note. I just have my doubts it'll happen.

If Demski is a GTD, why not add a Mitchell for one of the defensive DIs? Of course, MOS will play him hobbled no question. Why not find a way to get another DE on?

Yeah he's (seemingly) trying to be an edgy american style commentor. His takes aren't ground breaking at all and it seems to be getting some traction in terms of engagement online. I think it's a calculated move by TSN/CFL. We'll see how it pays off.

If Harris plays having your 3 most visible players (Milligan, Ouellette and Harris) get concussions and play the next week almost seems to be verging on Coaching/Training Staff malpractice.

Harris missed the 2nd practice of the week and wasn't even seen on the sidelines. If Maier starts, a lot of folks are going to change their pick this week.

You’re never just fine shortly after a concussion. And even if you don’t feel wonky, you are at serious risk. Diagnosed concussion should be an automatic week off. Don’t want to see his career end on a concussion. Not if it’s preventable.

AC had THE best quick release that helped save his body from being destroyed by incoming defensive predators. I hated when we played against him. AC to Cahoon, touchdown. And don't get me going on Chip Cox.

Not a huge fan of our receiving corps. Got a QB who wants to go heavy vertical/intermediate stuff and two of 5 suited to that. Demski is too but really only wins consistently on a couple routes and needs to be open open to have a chance to finish plays downfield. Same **** as last year with receivers. Replace Lawler with Wheatfall. Sterns is Wilson. Get some bigger yet versatile bodies, catch radius guys. Hope Clercius develops some game on the inside breaking routes and not just being good at getting the YAC when D forgets about him.

If any thing, it makes sense to keep any one banged up out after a short turn around week. Especially a guy like Demski. Similarly if you have any one like Adam’s last year who isn’t up to par on playing a longer than college length schedule in the year it’s a good time to move guys around. Every one a starter after all right?

I just hope he's planning on retiring in WPG.

Tackles not a good metric unless you look at context of them Heart and grit are nice...but it's about talent and ability too...and that's eroded a lot and for an aged LB coming back form ACL...it gonna affect him still regardless how healed he seems....speaking from experience coming back from 2 reconstruction Don't get me wrong...loved Biggie a f what he did...key word "did" We should have moved on from him..and a few others last yr already

I mean, it was week 3 of the regular season. If it were LD or later, He'd have a point. But undisciplined, sloppy play early in the season, especially in a Sask game, is nothing noteworthy. Fact is, with TCs being soo soft now, and vets playing a fraction of pre season, the first month of the regular season is the real pre season. Stephen A. has charisma? LOL, I mean he's got something Wilson doesn't. I think wilson views him self as a Bomani Jones type, but really is one of the filler guys who used to be on Around the Horn, who tried to fit in with bad hot takes and edgy crap but just swung and missed. I'll say, he had some points. I've seen plenty of bad games with thrilling endings up here. Way too many games where the refs take over. And I dislike the TSN presentation as much as anyone. But that's all low-hanging fruit, none of which is easily fixed.

His takes aren't gonna chase any league fans away from the games so they're unlikely to do any harm, expect, perhaps to him. Even bad opinions can lead to positive results. I bet we see Demski...that being said they should flip Sterns for Mitchel tho to give more a threat and a mid to deeper route guy to open more space for Demski and Schoen...even for big Kev to work underneath and give that nice target for conversions Keeping the oline as is and utilizing Cooley more too...and some packages with Strev to keep Edm dline honest and out of getting into a rhythm

This era for the Bombers has been an unbelievable ride and the bounce back the club has had with the city since hiring O'Shea way back has been incredible.

Think Mace is a but dense...Prety sure it happened on that play where he got drilled and cranked his punchable head hard on the ground as it snapped back from the impact...and they let him continue to play...me and my buddy saw that right away he should have been pulled from that last game...but wasnt..the Rider training staff is pretty inept for most part anyway so not shocking I already picked against them anyway...so I good! lol

We aren’t even using schoen well. I’d swap Mitchell for sterns atleast. We could always use a top end wr or even more depth. Qft. And some teams plays don’t involve most of the kick cover guys. The best combination of decision making, release, and football iq. Imo, release speed is the best success indicator and measurable for a qb.

Yeah he didn't change much. They fixed their OL and brought Trestman in to coach. Calvillo was suited to that West Coast style that Trestman brought to Canadian game. Montreal had multiple games of giving up double digit sacks in that Jim Popp/end of Don Matthews as head coach era. And then his wife was ill.

So picking up on the whole MOS views O, D and ST as equal parts and builds his roster that way. In two games this season, we have 101 plays on offense, 98 on D and 38 on ST. We need to build the roster better.

i dunno....If you dont worry about stuff in-season and address it....there wont be no grey cup, and if we luck out and do get to it....expect more the same cause in Osh's eye's...it was all a success and due to it...it's happened 3 yrs running...and this yr we have a lot the same characyers....older now...and a coach showing the exact same mindset and yes I will say it...fatal flaws I'd not say our receivers are fine either...zero depth behind any starter....and a 5th receiver who really adds zero to our offence....if i'd rank ours against the rest of league...right now we in bottom 3 he did...but not sure ZC will...or has the ability to...or desire...but then again...guess we will see....I wouldnt be surprised by the end of yr due to play...possible injuries that Strev is leading us into playoffs

Sure, but I'll worry about the GC when/if they get there. As of right now, they're a better team then they were this time last year.

The receivers are fine, more of a QB issue IMO, maybe if Zach keeps missing those deep shots Jackson will convince him it's not working anymore and help to re-program him.

Eli as a TE/6 OL to assist in blocking...EDM has a very, very good DL and if he does sneak out now after the highlight reel grab last week....he will have to be respected even as a decoy... It doesn't effect the ratio and a healthy ELI, I agree is better overall to the team than a hobbling Demski. (for clarification...no I am not suggesting he is the better receiver, just perhaps a better overall fit against a really good D-line compared to a receiver who is hurt)

Tbh, a lot of people had a similar opinon of Mos as a player. And Wade.

Jokes aside, I would not hesitate to run 6ol with eli in on both passing and run downs. I'd much rather have him in vs the edmonton DL, than a banged up NI wr or Sterns(to get cooley on).

Not getting a penalty (especially one that comes with a fine) is cause enough for Awe to celebrate!

No matter what JT makes in bonuses this year his cap hit is $2M. All bonuses can be deferred to next year when the cap jumps by 15 million.

Should see Mitchell for whomever you decide to take out on D. 5 on O (Peterson, Clercius, Neufeld, Kolo, Wallace), 2 on D (Kramdi and Lawson). I bet we see Corcoran for Demski and Cobb onto the roster.

I don't know if the Argos or Stamps will sell 30,000 tickets all year....

I'd love for some of these guys to get on the roster but I don't hate the plan. We're going to have some injuries and these guys will play.

I dont think Schoen has that burst/seperation ability after the catch yey and Demski is always banged up so swapping out Sterns for a guy like Mitchel who has big play abilitywould be wise to open things up a bit
