Beeksma is another Guelph guy. Ticats signed him in the 5th round in 2022, went to Riders for a week during their Covid outbreak then back to Ticats. Just look at Trever Harris' career as a whole....high percentage completion on short lil dumpy passes...lots of yards between the 20's.....minimal TD's and an overall losing record

Has it been confirmed that Nik is now Papa Demski? I find it hard to believe he'd miss a home game on Friday unless his partner is still on the verge of giving birth Friday morning. The birth of a child is undeniably one of the most magical and mystical events of life, and I'm glad that these days football players aren't pressured to skip it for the sake of playing a game.

I was genuinely excited to watch this game, Toronto fan base pisses me off. There is no excuse on earth why one of the biggest cities in North America can't put 25k fans into that beautiful facility.

No kidding. The Lions played terribly. End of story. Did Toronto deserve the win....for sure....but let's not sugar coat the fact that Adams gift wrapped it for them. The difference between the Bombers loss and the Lions loss, is that our team has PROVEN consistency and therefore our effort vs BC can be chalked up to a one off. BC, and I am speaking about Adams specifically, has a PROVEN record of inconsistency. That is why they are a pretender not a contender imo. By seasons end I have complete confidence that this post will age very well. BC will finish in a playoff spot because of how weak most of the league looks, but Adams is not the guy to string good performances together that are a must come playoff time.

And that's the problem with VAJ, he looks like the best qb ever to step on the field one minute and the next he serves up 6 picks. I still believe BC is a very good team but any given game is going to come down to which VAJ shows up Kelly seems to be settling in nicely and TO looks good. Defending GC champs and the only undefeated team, as of now they are the standard all other team's are looking up to, yes even us..... This looks to be an exciting season with 3 really good team's and a couple surprise teams looking pretty good in Sask and Mtrl. Plus Ott could move into that category with Masoli back??

That is so true...we weren't winning games by halftime...all teams have pro players and they can make plays at any time...one fast receiver gets behind coverage and qb drops it in and the field is flipped. Super Bowl champs Chiefs with the best QB in football and a TE that is better than most receivers and top 3 defensive player in the NFL and some of the best coaches didn't blow teams out - point spread matters for gambling and that is it. Bombers know how to win because of the players and coaches and team they have.
