The TV and sponsorship dollars are about 35% of league revenues. They are extremely important to EVERY teams survival and would be severely impacted without a league presence in TO, Mtl, and Van.

So Rourke played more games than I thought. Played 9, so maybe a half season does warrant some recognition for the sheer numbers they put up. And it's highlighted even more because of how bad they were when he went down. I could at least see the case for a MOC award.

Difference is, Faj was never good. Collaros was a legit superstar in this league before his downturn.

They're getting the trial by fire treatment this year - next season I bet they're lights out all start candidates. There's no one else in the competition.

Not that I am...or the team is worried...but why would you wanna face a team u have wiped the field with for 3 seasons...in a 1 game takes all game...on their turf...in what could be horrible conditions...and obviously geeked up after being first team to do the crossover to grey cup route? That's just plain asking to be upset...as they are due to win one...that's just asking for trouble. That being said if we get there...i dont think it matters who we play...we win

Losing teams have attitudes like this. I doubt the Bombers are afraid of neither. The Ti Cats had their Grey Cup three weeks ago. It won't happen twice.

Rewatching that game...Rose definitely got his feet tangled up with reciever or turf aand tripped up...he definitely didn't try a diving tackle cause he lost the reciever...he was right there...if he didnt trip he likely hauls him down

When you're the top team ainec you don't worry about those things. Take care of your own business the opponent doesn't matter.

Interesting that Tre Ford has recovered from his injuries and was listed as the backup QB last night but wasn't given a sniff of playing time. I guess Jones intends to roll with Cornelius for the remainder of the season and let them battle it out for the starting job in TC next year.

Hard to say with NFL politics and how they view things...lots going against him...walk on...2 yr starter only...un drafted...2 failed attempts...cfl refugee...plus he will be 27 next yr during season...so he needs to.make a roster as a contributor right outta the gate if he even gets a legit chance...NFL wont waste money and time developing a guy that age...with minimal pedigree in the way the view things...we may luck out

I don’t follow the Argos very closely but I’ve never heard of either Churchill or Giffen… meanwhile the bombers got the league MOP and a top 3 P/k in the league… I’d say that trade worked out ok

I would add in that that kind of coaching attitude is why we have been so good at player retention. There's not alot of ego on this coaching staff. It's why almost every player goes on about how special this team is.

You’re 100% right and I think most rider fans are getting on board with this too… but my advice to the riders would be to sign O’Day and Dickensen to long term extensions and make sure they get Fajardo locked up long term too… this current version of the riders is my most favourite version to watch

I used to go down Pembina to Stafford...mostly just cause I do my best avoid bishop/route 90. But this year I went down Waverley once to drop someone off and it's just so much smoother. I take it right to grant and use route 90 the rest of the way home.
