And I'll tell you guys...from the media out here in SK, the Riders are not all that confident in playing a Bomber team with Collaros & Streveler...and to make matters worse their QB is banged up.

I would just love to lay the best down on the Riders. Luc Mullinder on 620 radio never misses a chance to diss the Bombers. I'd love to slap it back in his face!

How hurt is Fajardo?  

Let’s just say this...

I am officially responsible for starting many “riders suck” chants that had 200+ stamps fans agreeing that we are going to the cup

I really question if Fajardo will play. Oblique injury, which would appear to limit his ability to throw.

I think its more of a pain tolerance thing at this point. I have no doubt he'll play. Hard to say how effective he will be and I imagine it could be re-aggravated.

If fajardo has even less arm strength with that injury it'll be ugly cause the guy has a weak assed arm to start with. The way the bombers secondary played today the only thing to worry about against the riders is turn overs.

They did nothing offensively against Winnipeg all year, the games they won were on gift turnovers.

We are going to beat the **** out of those ******* assholes... 

Yeah Fajardo has some sort of Oblique injury. He says he'll play. Craig Dickinson says he'll need to be practicing by Wednesday. Even if he does play I can't see him being 100%. He would have limited mobility...but then again I didn't think Streveler would play today either.

Won’t affect his running it’s throwing it down field that will be impacted. I just don’t see him being 100% by a Sunday. Usually when guys in MLB get these injuries a mild case is a couple weeks on IR even then if they rush back it gets reinjured often. So Saskatchewan will have a run heavy offense then.   

 

If he has an oblique injury that hasn't healed 3 weeks later , it most certainly will affect his running ability.

It affects everything,  including breathing.

We are peaking at right time..and regardless of if Fartado is hurt or not. He hasnt really did squat against us this yr..or any good defence for that matter..this cgy game was gonna be our toughest portion of the playoffs

I wouldn't be surprised to see a similar type large margin of victory against the riders

So,

do the mighty fans and Sportswriters in Saskatchewan, and elsewhere, still think Fajardo is going to strap that team on his back and carry them to victory?

If we play like we did yesterday vs the Riders,I dont care how much they game plan,they wont win. Calgary had a healthy BLM and had Kamar Jordan back, Saskatchewan is questioning their QBs limitations right now.....men,we got them right where we want them.

This is Saskatchewan, so what you smell is not doubt. Outdoor plumbing (when Saskatchewanites actually use it) is more likely the source.

Mosaic will definitely give the Riders more than home field gave the stamps. But like I said in another thread, I felt like Calgary was more our equal than Sask was this year.

They squeaked out victories at home, one without our star running back on a last second FG. We crushed them at home.

Our 2 QB system again could be the difference in the game. If Fajardo is anything less than 100 percent I don't see how they can make a dent in our defense.

Truthfully we could..and should have won all 3 against the riders..and were missing key peices in some regard in all games (Harris..Nichols..Alexander.) and played them basically when we were in our funk.

We now have legit QB play to worry about coupled with our triple headed running threat..solidified the backend with Taylor and Maston and replaced Hecht with Alexander and are basically healthy..I see no reason we lose other than the divine intervention of some piss poor one sided referreing..

If Fajardo plays and is under pressure and pulls that spin move to the right that he's been lucky to get away with all year I want someone to anticipate it and blow him up.
