It won’t be this year but I really think Holm will be an all-star next year. He’s starting to get noticed and his compete level on some of these deep shots teams are taking at him is unreal. Love the way he never gives up, he’ll fight you the whole way down to the ground on a jump ball.

Watching Briggs out there was painful. Guy is hard worker forsure. But much like Bennet, should not he getting the reps he is. Shout out to Holm for knocking down that deep ball late in the 4th in one v one coverage. Huge play!!

WJ had two huge tipped passes in the 4th - including on 3rd down in the Red Zone. He has been ridiculous this year.

Holm has been nothing short of excellent and his tackling has been fine. I'd argue his coverage has been the best out of all our DB's not named Nichols. I cant think of many scenarios where he hasnt been in the hip pocket of receivers and/or was able to use his elite speed to recover in time to make the play. Im sorry he stole your ice cream.

Harris was never quick or shifty either, he just had that spin and hurdle that Brady doesnt. Brady is a beast though and will grind you down. That run in the 4th where he lowered his pads and mashed that Elks linebacker into a fine paste was a thing of beauty. He's never going to win a footrace to the endzone, but thats O'Shea/Bomber football and the type you need to grind out wins in the cold playoffs. No one wanted to tackle Brady last night in the 4th quarter. He was punishing them. Love me a big back.

Not really. I don't think he's better than Houston, Parker, Nichols, Holm. If he gets on all 5 of those guys will be on if healthy. Schoen didn't really seem to go into protocol but he was running laps up and down the sideline the rest of the game after that hit with his helmet on, briefly went to locker room. The way he dropped that ball was complete fencing response which indicates concussion.

First of all I think most people here are largely indifferent to Holm, it's just funny that booch is so anti-holm. I'm not saying who is right it just makes me chuckle. As for Houston yes he bit once and got burned for it... but he also made a lot of good tackles. This idea that he is struggling is stupid. Most of the dbs are playing pretty well. They get left in a tough situation a lot because of the no disguise blitzes we are in love with right now.

ADS is adequate, would like a little more aggression to the field. So far he's made most of the tackles or at least turned guys in, but he's getting caught in space all the time 1 on 1 vs guys that have the ability to either make him miss, truck him or both. If he cuts down on the space the guy has receiving the ball there's a lot less opportunity for the 20-30-70 yard catch and run. Holm, Nichols and Houston are all potential all-stars

Lawler catching those jump balls is what agudosi wasn't doing and it's a huge difference maker.

It looked like Cole was getting reps, good to see. The offence needs to show up at the beginning of games - or at all if you look at last week and BC. Bye week should bring some changes to both play calling and roster. 5-2 and being unhappy about it is still pretty enjoyable.
