whole thing has been horrifying from the day Trump announced he was running, down to today. and it will not end when he is gone. The Republican party really is a gang of violent, ignorant thugs.

Even though Canadians, Europeans, British, get coverage of America in huge amounts, starting to think it is hard for us to really grasp the extent to which America is an extreme outlier. i.e. their entire system of selection of judges, is just plain crazy. In Canada, this (wisconsin) kind of stuff, just does not happen. Or their Supreme Court fiasco, with a man credibly accused of sexual assault, being seated. it is unfathomable for people from normal countries.

  5. With our offense, I would prefer we didn't kick a single field goal or extra point this year. Even punting should be done only to give special teams players a few reps. I want Leggs to be the loneliest Bomber.

Maybe years down the road we will find out what Trump had on LG to make him the greasy slimy weak person he is now. Or maybe years down the road some people of influence will come out of their cult like trance and spill all in how they got sucked in and stayed there or a bit of blackmail and manipulation has caused these people’s insanity.

A bit of confession and apology to all in Winnipeg and surrounding areas... Two weeks ago I made a service appointment for my car today, Wednesday. However, I also added a seasonal tire change to take off my winter tires. Since, why not!, I was there anyways. So, the dump of snow today is my fault. I apologize wholeheartedly to all those affected.

Problem is, people will fish the south basin for Pike, but they will be catching mostly Walleye. IMO, places with a heavy Walleye population, should be closed to all fishing until after spawning.

She thinks she can pull the "I can't talk about it because it's going to court" and it will just disappear. But it won't. People who aren't her base just won't forget it. And it's only a matter of time until she does or says something else completely off the wall stupid.

National Security Officials Testify That Trump Tried To Seize Voting Machines In bombshell testimony to the special counsel grand jury, Trump administration national security officials testified that they had to tell Trump they didn’t have the authority to seize voting machines after the 2020 election. CNN reported: Chad Wolf, the former acting Homeland Security secretary, and his former deputy Ken Cuccinelli were asked about discussions inside the administration around DHS seizing voting machines when they appeared before the grand jury earlier this year, according to three people familiar with the proceedings. Cuccinelli testified that he “made clear at all times” that DHS did not have the authority to take such a step, one of the sources said. Trump’s former national security adviser Robert O’Brien, in a closed-door interview with federal prosecutors earlier this year, also recounted conversations about seizing voting machines after the 2020 election, including during a heated Oval Office meeting that Trump participated in, according to a source familiar with the matter. The fact that those conversations happened in the Oval Office suggests that Trump was trying to get the federal government to seize the voting machines in swing states so that he could claim that there had been fraud and stay in power.

All those words are pretty easy too me...lol. Not sure why people are so upset. They will anglicize all these names with a shortening/nickname anyway. And yes, Winnipeg is a cree word, so it seems only fitting that we have a few indigenous names of streets as well.

The problem that the Republicans have is that if they don't make Trump their pick he most likely runs as an independent and they are screwed in the general election.

I kid, I kid... The CBC is Left of center, it's not wing nut left fringe news, the way you make it sound. More importantly, they are HIGHLY factual and HIGHLY credible. To say they are the worst is not accurate at all- there is so much worse out there in terms of bias, factual reporting and credibility.

"I misremembered." What's laughable is presenting no data while crying "defund CBC" and expected to be taken seriously. Public polls conducted online don't count, BTW. So much for using critical thinking. Explains why this country has so many ignorant, uninformed whiners.

  47. The Staal brothers disagree with you. https://www.wowktv.com/sports/sports-illustrated/424bc1c0/staal-brothers-choose-not-to-wear-panthers-pride-jerseys/ And they have the right to refuse, just like Colin Kaepernick had the right to take a knee, but it is weak to send out a “statement” through the team’s PR guy, citing a nebulous “we support inclusivity but we refuse to wear a symbol of this inclusivity because of “our religious beliefs”, and will take no further questions on this, thank you”. If you have such conviction, stand by it. Explain what in your beliefs specifically makes you reject homosexuality, how the Pride jersey is an endorsement of that specifically, rather than just a symbol of support and inclusion for a marginalized and historically oppressed group regardless of your sexual preferences. And don’t hide behind copy written by/for a PR flunkie who has to deliver your message for you. No further comment does not cut it here.
