If he misses I am holding you personally responsible

Seeing if we can get a thread going without the error (sorry @WinnipegGordo ) Go Bombers!

I thought Brown was great against the Argos last time he played them... Here's hoping for more of the same.

Football in Quebec is a pretty big deal actually...Done right I can see it being pretty successful and a natural rivalry now for the Als and prob bring a lot of excitement for a labour day back to back experience there

8 defensive linemen... Hallelujah

Anyone else getting the EX1114 error code again in the GDT?

I dont want to jinx Sergio but he has 26 straight field goals, which is 2 behind Medlock's team record.

big weekend for sure and can really flip the standings. We win...B.C wins and Cgy wins all of a sudden we have Edm in 1st...BC in 2nd...Us in 3rd and Sask now in 4th only 2 points up on CGY and If Ham loses with 3 teams in west with 8 wins a cross over is pretty much a given I'm expecting a lot of designed roll outs and some quick sprint outs right outta the snap to change launch point. That would play right into Dru's strengths, along with his ability to get ball out quick...we scheme correctly to suit him...he should fare well

Good to see 8 DLine on the Depth Chart. That should hassle Kelly. Argos are pretty good at defending against the rush so it will be interesting to see how Bombers use Brady. Maybe more swing passes? Time for Dru Brown to show like he did before ... and for our receivers to help him out. Big Game. Go Blue!

Hopefully the Bombers are aware that the game starts at 700pm tonight.

no major complaints with this line up... but much like last game.. would be nice to see Jawarski and Womack get some reps... and as per usual, the OL is a concern...

i kind of dig mont royales or just royales. Cannons, a nod to frontenacs great quote. gotta call the stadium the citadel and have a killer view

Have them wear Hab and Nordique jerseys for a few games. That will get things going. :-)

Also probably Go lions tonight. Bring the Riders back to the pack and a three way tie for 2nd place. Lions have the tie breaker against us, but still...

So far so good, big game of the Bombers just need to stay in front of the Stamps

Here's hoping for a Dru Brown 'break out game' from start to finish where the W was never in doubt. Please Oline faciltate this process? Argos blow.

Was he an old guy? Quebec has become extremely secular, and their use of curse words now is more representative of that and of how forbidden it was for older generations. Its a pretty interesting culture. My wife's family is Québécois, and French is her first language and the culture of younger generations here is much closer to the quebecois then it has been in the past. I'm actually headed to QC in a couple of weeks, and I'm pretty excited; I love the old parts of Quebec.

They have already rushed him back with concussions this year. They had him play with his finger damn near falling off. Zach is willing to play through any injury no matter how bad he performs and the club is ride or die with that.

Generals - pronounced with a french accent

meaningful changes the rest of the season? probably not. only injured forced now. If he/we try to play him next year, the league should force an extensive medical review of zachs health with respect to concussions. Short of a miracle, it would be wildly irresponsible to certify his deal for another year as a league. and incredibly bad in the play offs in all but like 2 games here.

In China, he would be referred to as a "Peking tom".

Gold Standard of the league.

With Brown at QB, and Kelly for that matter, this game likely hinges on which interception machine throws less damaging INTs. If Brown can learn from his earlier games and play clean we have a good shot, if he matches or exceeds Kelly's INT output we are going to have a hard time. Brown has been very sloppy this year and needs to stop it right now.

Just complete a full game and we stand a good chance of winning. Playing for only 2 of the 4 quarters and we most likely lose!

It's the Glasses

Kelly will give our secondary the chance to make plays. He does so every week.

no clue who green or barker band are. Atleast the previous few years have had some name recognition. I hope this is just a case of in too old and un cool. already closer than halifax ever got though imo. qc is a great choice already closer than halifax ever got though imo. qc is a great choice

he hasn't really looked incredible in yrs...That notion is just out to lunch He has looked progressively worse, with odd/weird issues showing up that shouldn't be showing up in a vet QB of his "former" caliber...He is defective now and at risk...You can see his processing and decision making and ability to just navigate a pocket now is eroding or has eroded in a big way. And we as on organization have made it worse and put him right in the cross hairs with our inability...or lack of forward thinking in doing any kind of succession plan work, or preparing/setting up things down the road....much like other positions and just ride guys into bloody knubs to a point they are basically a shell of their former self, yet we treat, pay, and look at them as their former self's in their prime

That's it.

Yep, ZC's history of concussions is well documented and just looking at how this particular injury occurred is a prime example of the cumulative effect those can have. It wasn't a particularly vicious play and he's certainly taken harder blows but it clearly did enough to take him out. If he was a boxer, people would say his chin is gone. If a play like that can take him out, I hope for his (and his family's) sake, that's the last time we see him suit up.

And once Alberta and Quebec separate, Randy Ambrosie can give two middle fingers to everyone who said his global expansion plan was a pipe dream!

Quebec Nordiques.

Okay potential team names.....AND GO! I'm thinking Voyageurs (it should be something french sounding like the Canadiens or the Nordiques or the Alouettes)

that was me.

And down the road CFL commish? Great ambassador for our game. I love this guy while hating him when he played against us.

The CFL's next Head Coach???
