Keys to the game Win the ol/dl battle and keep zach clean. in the last game the Argos beat us based on dl play. If we can flip that with an extra blocker we are in great shape. Bend but don’t break. Especially in the red zone, but also in terms of big plays. Make them drive string together lots of slow drives to kick fgs. Contain grant. He has X factor written all over him. Keeping him from busting a big one will be huge. players to watch zach. Had a strong game last week at home, has the dome and a vulnerable Argos secondary. He’s well poised for a career play off game. interior ol. This is where we’ve struggled (when the tackles are healthy) and this is where we need to beat the Argos on the field. Taylor, rust should be off. Argos will probably test him early. Jones. He’s been a tackling machine, and looked really good next to kyrie in the run game last week. He’s been just off dropping back in pass D from some big plays this year. Could be in for a huge game if he can get a bit deeper earlier. Ford. He’s made some amazing plays in the secondary and is dangerous with the ball in his hands. Also, we will need some one from the DL to step up and make some plays. Cannot say enough how big of a loss Lawson was to our DL this year. I hope he is ready to go next year. Really odd but a lot of our concerns this year at many positions were because we lost some real under the radar guys for long stretches. Just a crap start to the season injury wise, took us a while to polish up a few gems, and now we are back to the team we have grown accustomed to the past several years. I know early things looked bleak, and I just never feared we wouldnt be in this Grey Cup because, at least to me, you could really see the potential of a lot of the new guys and that we just needed to let them get their feet under them. Just a really spot on year of recruitment, drafting, and fly under the radar FA signings by our GM and scouts. Where are we this year if Wilson, Wheatfall, Ayers, Bonds etc. were not in camp. This may turn out to be one of those years we look back on and say wow....look at the guys we brought in 2024. Even the Nick Taylor signing to cap the year is looking really good, or at least a lot better than most would have thought.

As a Patriots fan, where the **** did he come from for that Superbowl?? Id rather be playing an Argo team with Arbuckle than Kelly. Kelly can make more plays with his legs, a more rounded qb and more experience in the big game.
