I really think the top 4-5 teams in the league are pretty much on par with each other. They all have things they do really well, and they all have some flaws that can be exploited.

Just did quick math....so if someone finds an error by all means call me out on it....but....my quick math tells me if we win 3 of our remaining 5 games BC or Sask. would have to run the table to finish in first ahead of us, if we win 4 of our final 5 no one can catch us Like I said previously with our crowd and our weather PAS is really, really tough place to come into in playoffs...finish first and make it extremely difficult for one of BC, Edm. or Sask. to go through us at PAS, We control our final 3rd of the season with a great chance at 1st....who would thought in the 1st 3rd of the season we would even be talking about 1st

Wheatfall was moved to the game roster. The team signed their guys for the expanded practice roster today.

We will need to stick together and cope as best we can...starting Friday...

No, the waste was at having started him soo many times then cutting him. I’m fine with him in tc actually. Having him in over lucky, saving us a di or wheatfall who gives us much needed size is just confounding.

It’s going to be a looooong 8 months without him.

We're in a talent crisis and the clown show in Saskatchewan continues to trot out goons, year after year, hurting QB after QB, while Ambrosie opens his mouth and says, more please.

Dole will be our QB2 if Collaros goes down, once he's learned the playbook and practiced for a while in this offense. But, I expect Wilson to be the short-yardage QB for the rest of the season.

They need 3 west teams to be absolute dog ****. An east crossover is highly unlikely given how many times the west teams will play each other.

I think Dolegala will be QB2....like the guy they'd have most ready to play if they needed him to replace Collaros. The other two will make it on active roster depending who they like better for the run package.

I guess that means Ouelette is done for the season? They are really building a positive culture over in Riderville

Isn't there a 30 day window on the PR expansion? I wouldn't have expected anything last week since we were on the bye, so maybe we'll see some moves start to happen this week?

And yet, our numbers are great in other defensive categories. It's actually quite the phenomenon. Say what you will about this management group - they are more than capable when it comes to scouting and coaching the secondary.

So they kept Johnson on all yr...invest that time and roster use with him...then cut him...yet keep useless Mitchell whom obviously they must have thought less of..as Johnson was on roster....yeah...that's quality asset management there

I could see Johnson being brought back to camp next year. Such a waste. Doesn’t show on the transactions page yet but glad it’s all finally done. Also glad they didn’t cut some one valuable.

So did Josh Johnson refuse the PR because he's likely better than Myron Mitchell who is still on our PR. Or legendary DB McGhee.

Based on history and how Osh operates Wilson will not be superceded on roster even if we brought someone in head and shoulders better...or offered us more...I expect Wilson as Qb in short yardage and I like that...and reps...any reps is good for him and development as well as the chance to do some trickery...dude has the skill set to thrive in CFL... This goes for all positions as well...Osh does this to a fault and not necessarily at times at betterment of team...loyalty is nice and all..but the job is to win and put best team out there...

Crazy that we are 13 games into the season and Willie is only one sack off the league lead with 6 sacks. Usually at this time the league leader would have 10+ sacks already.

Bottom line: I would say the Bombers have a decent chance of winning at least 3 more games Labour day is not a close game if ZC stays in - and that would not have been their first blow out Banjo Bowl was a good example of doing what it takes to win There are some many interesting intangibles with this team - so many different aspects that can show up in any game Making do with a patch work OL, Brady O churning yards on check downs, Ford interceptions, certain DBs with lockdown coverage, Sergio, outstanding kick coverage, ZC hitting more shots to Lawler or Demski, etc. The Als are trending downward, as are the Lions. Toronto and Ottawa are huge question marks. The Elks look interesting but also quite beatable Just my 0.02

There is also a time to disagree and commit so the whole team can move on. Should anyone be happy about being benched? No Should you pout and come of as whiny in front of the whole team? No Take it up with the coach behind closed doors. Don't let it spill over to affect any one else. And if ultimately you can't reconcile differences with management, you leave for a better situation as soon as you can.

Well, according to every Rider fan the hit was above the knee and Brown was pushed into Strevy. Oh and Jeffcoat hit Bridge in the head in 2018 and there was no penalty on the play.

I can't see the Banana being the short yardage guy..gangly stick that he is..plus his ball security is the shitz..unless the QB is 220 pounds plus when taller than 6'4" and doesn't have a history of bad ball security...even in the pocket.. look how/where he holds the ball...it's God awful..a guy running past him busting a fart basically causes him to bobble the ball That Scott tho..isn't he like 6'2" and 220ish...if they kept him I could see him getting shot at it...but I think they go with the Banana Guy cause he has had starts in the leauge

Yea I’m not sure if WJ is assignment friendly half the time. Not being an expert in reviewing game tape but he seems to enjoy that free styling improv role fairly regularly.

I really don't see a scenario where he and WIllie could be on the field at the same time. We'd get gashed badly by any QB who had a moderate football IQ. We need a guy who gets off the line and disrupts the pocket. Not more guys who play basketball defense on a football field.
