Lauther is a Natl. so that is advantageous, plus the Riders rely on him to pull games out of the fire regularly when Fajardo can't get it done.  He improves their record by at least 2-3 wins per season.  Kill 2 birds with one stone, Bombers get better/Riders get worse.

at SOME point, Legghio will be the guy, but I don't know at what point you turn things over to him completely...
