  1. Looks like Hogan is done! https://3downnation.com/2025/11/24/winnipeg-blue-bombers-granted-permission-to-interview-mike-miller-for-offensive-coordinator-position-report/

  2. Naylor says the bombers have requested and been granted permission to talk to Mike Miller (toronto) for the oc position! He notes miller is a candidate for the argos hc job still. Theyre giving me some hope!

  3. Would love to see Justin Hardy here. Dude is a legit #1, makes plays all over the field, has had three straight 1000 yard years. His 2023 season had Terrance Edwards energy ... he hit 1k with rookie Dustin Crum, bad Nick Arbuckle, brokedown Jeremiah Masoli and Tyree Adams as his QBs.

  4. Chris Jones in Toronto would be very, very entertaining- for the rest of the league.

  5. 30 years of coaching, OC in the NFL (Arizona), OC in Toronto and Montreal (also co-head coach there). Plus he's made Arbuckle look halfway decent. Would not be worse but time would tell if would be great.

  6. Hogan for guy sitting in the stands at PAS telling others he used to be OC ala Al Bundy scoring 4 TDs in a game for Polk High.

  7. Hatcher here would be fantastic. Hardy too.

  8. "Easy swap"..."Hey Hatcher, come play with a old mostly broken down QB who will throw you some suicide balls, oh yeah we don't have a real OC" or "Hey Hatcher, come play with a young superstar in the making, reigning MOP under a OC that loves to go deep" I also don't see why BO would play under Buck again....but maybe there's something there I don't know.

  9. Then I guess we should shut down this whole site because that could be said for the multiple issues brought up here consistently. I think most of realize the intent is not to sway MOS and company (not like we’re talking to them directly) but to escape, vent, cheer, debate and have some fun.

  10. He’s on a 1 year contract. Likely up already. If not close. I think what this says is they moving on.

  12. I think re-signing Brady and Nic are no-brainers. I agree others would be cheaper - but under a better OC these guys are our Canadian studs - we don't give them away.

  13. I hear Jim Yelly Barker is available.

  14. Thanks. Looks like hes at 175k and can reach 195k, but I don't think he reached most of it last year. Really good value. We haven't tried or started an imp in ages. We've had some guys who flashed in TC/Camp, but we haven't tried to shift to an imp back for a long time. Cooley got all of 10 carries over the course of his 3 games. With good results as well. I could see us bringing him back for next camp.

  15. If Coxie is a FA again...not sure if he just signed a 1 yr deal last yr..I'd be all over that too...Not sure why we didnt last yr

  16. yeah....under 300....but between 250....285....for a legit #1....guys who does all the stuff...gritty work...deep stuff...leads by example....sign me up and thats a fair price If BO goes and chaes the cash...then it's an easy swap, and you can replace him with entry level import cash...no brainer Heck if you are able to put a legit receiver group out there...roll with Peterson/MCI combo for the start of the yr and its sms friendly....If they getting it done....bonus...if not then flip to an import...Import RB prob one the easiest to find and integrate ...there is no shortage down, south if you are actually looking for a bell cow type....hence why our rigid ratio idealogy needs to be more fluid....

  17. Right price..id like to see Hatcher here...him and Pokey as your main imports..be nice..2 different style big play guys

  18. You need to go watch the 4th Q again. Wilson didn't play like garbage. 2 of his 4 passes were flat out dropped. 1 was called PI. The bombers were very much in that game when he came in and the coaching staff (buck) decided to put it all on his arm instead of give the ball to Brady...even one time.... Acting like there can be no debate is ridiculous. The game got out of hand BECAUSE OF COLLAROS. Now there's something that can not be debated because it actually happened that way.

  19. I know ifs and buts are candies and nuts, but man who knows how the season would have gone if they would have just hired Miller last offseason........Feels like a wasted season.

  20. He's very good...very respected...oodles of experience...polar opposites of oc guy

  21. If they are interviewing other people for the OC position, that means Hogan is gone (or at least demoted).

  22. The more Miller's the better!!!

  23. Ballsy to go straight after guys like Mos, Coach O, and Mace. All balls, no brains approach, really. Mos I can see considering it because he was the career argo guy. The other two man IDK. They gonna get desperate fast after letting dinwiddie walk.

  24. Not a pending FA. Argos extend receiver Damonte Coxie through 2026 - CFL.ca

  25. money talks....that being said...If we make the suicidal announcement Oc Guy is back...dont expect any legit top receivers coming her, and likely BO walks too...

  26. Not sure what the right price would be..sounds like it would take 225-275 to get him as he wants to be paid as a top reciever, but if BC goes after Olivera it could be interesting

  27. I think the backup QB issue usage has been beaten to death in other threads, and us flapping our gums will have zero effect on O'Shea.

  29. Personally I enjoyed watching Dressler when he played for us. Doesn’t really bother me if a player comes from the Riders or any other team (we wash the stink off real quick) unless there are huge mitigating factors of said player where they have compromised the values they espouse as a club and as a community.

  30. Is this ever a guy we should take a run at? I really like Pokey as a receiver but not sure he's a 1A Superstar guy... Would you ever take a run at Hatcher as your #1 and then have Pokey and Demski as 2/3?

  31. I'm on the Miller side but Condell would be ok. Hogan being gone would be a good start.

  32. Good gracious and good grief, I love how you go to great lengths to wrap your perspectives as facts. And if BB coaches/management shared this perspective of yours going into the big game where everything is on the line and nothing legal can be off the table to ensure we win cuz there is no tomorrow, someone should lose their job.

  35. Condell would imo be an OK hire. Nothing exceptional but not a train wreck like Hogan.

  36. Interviewing two proven OC candidates is a pretty strong start. Hope they can nail the hire. Toronto's approach seems...odd. Aiming high is fine but they seem interested in everyone else's head coaches, interviewed their own assistants, but no other external assistants.

  37. Toronto’s O wasn’t the problem. Dude played a role in making Arbuckle look real good this past season. Plus 2 Mike Millers would be fun and with Wade there also your 26 slogan can be… It’s Miller Time.

  38. I know everyone is just going to say "can't be worse!" But do we know if this Mike Miller is any good? We don't want to just do better than last year... We need to do GREAT with this hire...

  43. Sounds like the type of guy who loves football also and probably would come up to continue playing. I mean you gotta think if he’s on the neg list there’s been some indication that maybe he has interest or maybe they just add random guys without ever talking to them or an agent or something. Surely there’s a method to the neg list madness. Maybe he loves football.

  44. https://3downnation.com/2025/11/23/former-heisman-winner-andre-ware-believes-ticats-neg-list-qb-tommy-castellanos-bombers-neg-list-qb-diego-pavia-can-play-a-long-time-in-cfl/ Would like to see Pavia up here. Watched him on the Netflix series about the SEC and he just had a career game where he threw for 484 yards & 5 td's against Kentucky yesterday (most passing yards in a SEC game in almost 30 years). He's definitely getting some attention right now but at 5'10, how much of a real look does he get in the NFL?

  45. Listen I'm the guy here mostly likely to have a beef with any former Rider, just based on hyper anti-Sask mentality... And, to my knowledge, I have ALWAYS said on here, once a guy left there to come here: "Get the Riders stink off him and we're good to go"... And just last week I was begging for AJ Allen to come here... And there's nobody that hates Sask more than I do. Nobody. And in other news, please God, let this happen....

  46. He was at the end of his career by the time he came here so yeah he been associated with the Riders for so long that I can see that. He also didn't have a big energetic personality that made you overlook that Rider stink. Guys like Willie and Yoshi made it hard to dislike them.
