    2020 CFL Draft

Bombers have an embarrassment of talent on the O-line, and if there is the right offer plus a desirable player available at the time, Walters is smart enough to pull the trigger on a deal.

    Covid-19

I wonder if Fauci and Byrk would of been able to do press conference on the pandemic without all the campaign bluster coming out of Trump ass and pressure from Trumps administration, at least the American public would be much better informed without having to cut thru the BS. We might get a melt down today if the press go after him today

    2019-20 CFL Offseason

On my first day of Contract Law class, we were told that one party makes the contract and the other party gets to interpret that contract. If there is more than one way to interpret the clause, then it's the fault of whoever wrote the contract. In this case, I can see why the CFLPA is interpreting 'The CFL is suspended' to mean suspended as suspended instead of the league folding completely. The wording will change in CFL contracts going forward. The question becomes 'What do they do now'? I don't think either side wants all player contracts to be torn up and all players to become free agents. Giving in on NFL dreams for a few players is the path of least resistance.

  32. Well imo glenn was a better qb with on exception, damon Allen did show up for big games. Why he won multiple cups.

  38. McMahon has become like a hermit the past few years. He used to be a workaholic & from all the stories I've read about him was he never slept. Recently, he had stopped running the show & attending Smackdown leaving it up to Paul Levesque (Triple H) to run the show. In his 70's now & obviously slowing down I wonder how hard this massive failure is going to hit McMahon health wise. It had to have taken a toll. TUP might have some insight into that.

  39. Just too much overconfidence, wbbfan. Thinking the Stamps would just roll over for the Bombers in 2001. The problem was the core of the Stamps 1998 GC winning team was still intact & they were motivated because they felt disrespected. Nothing like locker room headlines to fire another team up. Football is such an emotional sport, I knew Wally would use everything being said & done that week to fire up his players. If a team chooses to disrespect veterans like Alondra Johnson, Joe Fleming, Kelvin Anderson, Vince Danielsen, Jamie Crysdale, Anwar Stewart, Fred Childress & others that is what happens. I was so upset that week wondering WTH Ritchie was doing as a HC not controlling his players. I've always blamed Ritchie for what happened in what was his worst week ever as a head coach. Still bothers me to this day.

  40. Have any of you ever worked for the federal government and see how insane any contracts are? A few examples over the years that I've seen was..... $500 - $1000 to mount a 40" tv on the wall $4000 to change a door from swinging inward to outward $500 to add the hinge to make the door slow down $100 000 to take down a 30 foot non load bearing wall $50 000 for 12 desks to be installed (desks price included).... these desks are Office 2.0 desks so low height (no cabinets) and very small in dimensions and they are linked together. $1500 for each chair.... You get the idea.... you should see how insane the prices are on big new build projects.....

The Taiter makes mention of the fact that we don't have a first round pick or even a top 15'er because we lost our pick in the ZC deal. Well worth it I say to win a cup. I don't regret that one bit.
