I really don't understand what they are thinking in Montreal. Why waste their time on guys like Logan and Cox who are hardly even replacement level players when their team sucks and they should be finding guys who fit in with their future plans. They suck and they're ancient. Terrible roster management.

This is what happens when the organization hires a proven failure like Joe Mack as the assistant GM.  As we saw for 4 years in Winnipeg, he was mostly terrible at recruiting fresh new talent from the US.

Drew Willy is the kind of qb where he gets completions but his teams travel up & down between the 35 yard lines & then stops. Whenever they get into scoring position he can't deliver.  He can't score when his team dep[ends on it. The guy shouldn't even be playing let alone starting.  He can't even be a decent #2 as what you see is what you get. A whole lot of nothing.

Also when they spend big money at the MLB position but peanuts at qb.

Well, to be fair they were honestly out of the bidding war for Franklin with no chips to offer on the trade table.  Collaros possibly, but when he's seen as damaged goods they might not be willing to risk that he might be more broken than Willy.

I will say though this is why I'm glad Lapolice turned down the HC job there or who knows but Streveler just  might be an Al right now.  I do think though that Willy's rope just got a lot shorter with that 2nd half and Schiltz will be coming in sooner rather than later.

now the guy will sue and get a big paycheck.  I still remember the game in Quebec City when a drunk fan jumped into the Buffalo Sabres bench and Rob Ray beat the living crap out of him.  Just speed-bagged the guy.  I don't know why fans do this, but given the amount of sympathy and virtue-signaling going on on Twitter for this kid you can bet he's going to claim some kind of injury and want damages.

That just shows the ridiculous level it's come to now because back in the old days you would be walking out the stadium in handcuffs.

I will always remember the game in Winnipeg where some Bomber fan I think jumped on the back of an Edmonton Eskimo... he was flipped off and then the team put the boots to the guy badly.    This is when I learned the definition of liquid courage lol.
