I hear Ottawa is going to sign a new quarterback after the game - Owen Six.

Dru's shot to send a big **** you to Dumbwiddie, make it so, Dru....LETS ******* GO!!!!

that spot was more then a bit generous

Here’s to Dru doing his thing and picking apart Ottawa’s defence. Hope the d-line still makes noise without Lawson. If the secondary plays too passively and with too much cushion given to opposing receivers… then they make dink ‘n dunk McCheese look a lot better than he is. In any case, just ******* win

Most slow motion sack in CFL history. It was like Jake Maier's brain disconnected from his legs.

The league doing basically nothing to protect QB's in the pocket from direct blows to the head and neck could factor into that decision making too. The officiating in this league is at a crisis state between elderly refs in decline and extremely raw officials who can't manage the speed at this level.

tommy condell called that play eh suits?

Ricky 'Wild Thing' Vaughn with another field goal.

Gotta catch that one, especially when you push off

Generous spot. It's the ball not the player's helmet where you spot the ball.

Hoping Jenkins comes in with a fire under his jock from his demotion and shows what he did in his first game

Let's just hope this game works out exactly the way it's supposed to.

Hes been bad today already. "You got 35 seconds between ppays and then the 20 second clock starts....." What...?

Great blitz by Kramdi. Saved Major Williams ass from whatever the **** that was.

Bombers getting nickeled and dimed to death.

Uh, forward progress is where the ball is, not the guys helmet.

Gettman the World Cup is over

That's a damn good throw

Just win, Baby.

I want the offensive line to hold up and give Dru every opportunity to stick it to the RB. His release and his escapability help him out a tonne but I don’t want him to have to (regularly) rely on his feet. As for the defense, they need to come out ready to play from the opening whistle; our DBs have to start squeezing some errant balls .. especially if we get (motivated) Willy and Ceresna going early.

Just your weekly reminder that you're not being truthful when you say that.... Collaros has looked better than last season to start the year but he certainly hasn't been outstanding.

as long as they don't sign Rocky Butler BEFORE the game I'm happy.

As far as the injury bug reoccurring with Lawson...I can recall a few years back when Neuf was going through the same thing....in the tub constantly...Many wanted to part ways with him but we waited it out with regard to Neufeld and he's been fairly healthy for us through the years...Lawson is very valuable to this club and we'll most likely give him the same time to play through the 'bug' ...hopefully

Gotta be the ultimate guessing game as to when the "Replay Centre" will intervene on their own or not. Calgary was way offside on their late 3rd down stop that led to the tying TD. Sometimes that's reviewed, sometimes not. All turnovers and scoring plays are supposed to be reviewed but Maas had to throw his flag to get the spot looked at on the 3rd down turnover. Hard to look at this league as anything but bush until stuff like this is remedied. Either go to a system where all plays are reviewed or stick to only reviews coming from coaches and scoring plays.

Time for someone to smash the leaping QB. He's done it every time. Wait for it and hit him as he's off his feet.

hopefully a couple red zone picks too

D needs to make some plays.

McCheese on pace for his specialty game, 48/52 for 175 yards

He also made a fantastic comment that he was sure Dinwiddie would be tempted to go for it on 3rd and four or five.

Gotta get the run going...this dunk and dunk bullshit is exactly what Dimwittie wants,

Bombers making the cardinal mistake of allowing RedBlacks to stay in the game.

Suits says Geno is an 1800 yard WR. Never been that. This is your weekly Suits sucks comment.

Even if his head is shaped like a football...

Seems the refs are being more and more present in games this year. Way more mind boggling calls and some easy completely missed calls.

challenge that soft af

No vertical route on the entire side of the field and our corner (Moxey) is still back pedalling at 15 yards depth with the ball heading out to the X receiver in front of him. If your cajones are that small you probably shouldn't be playing DB in the CFL.

bryant and wallace completely screwed that twist. wasn’t even a good twist either

Dirty headshot by Reavis on Tim White at the end of the play.

Nice work by Fletcher

There are a ton of advantages to having a tax dump.

Most of the owners dont mind the tax write off. Some people here dont realize that many of the owners bought these teams for the tax write off. They will never be profitable because that's the way they want it in their over all business holdings. They run some expenses through the team to make their other businesses look more profitable. As a business man I can assure you that when you own a portfolio of businesses, money is moving all the time

Suitor just turns up the suck on all things related to the telecast when he is on

I cant stand Nielson when he gets excited. Its the worst voice in all of sports when he does that, no question. Outside of that hes fine.

Naylor says that the two clubs were working on a deal since Dru asked to be released so they may not have approached other teams. Given the poor state of back-up QB's around the league, I find it hard to believe another team wouldn't have been all over Dru, if they had been given an opportunity to acquire him.

In football to be consistently successful you have to establish the run.

Well the trade for collaros was pretty timely too. Bottom line: proactive Kyle Walters is the best Kyle Walters.

yea because one freak knee injury and a hip injury of unknown length over 6 years makes one injury prone. Other wise he’s played 14/14, 18/18, 15/18 16/18, and 5 of 6 as of game day this week. So out side of the knee injury he’s missed 5 of 68 games.

Truth. With out the brown move, we’d a lost last and likely be cruising at the bottom of the league till zach came back. While possibly ruining TE by forcing him to start too soon.

For all of our complaints, we have to give Walters credit on the Brown deal. Excellent move considering Zach is on the 6 and what has happened in BC and Hamilton.

Hope they aren’t real 6 games and will be pulled off early
