  1. TSN would be lucky to add one of, if not the best QB's to ever step on a CFL field! 🤣

  2. Keim and Webb have “late camp addition because they are legit NFL hopefuls” written all over them

  3. 100%. Two killers. Elsbury is very similar to Devin adams last year. Insane size and athleticism combo. Raw, but might be worth polishing. A centre with that kind of athleticism would be crazy. Keim and Webb could steal a spot this year. Massive stir up for early camp. I feel like this is a two fold move, 1, Lofton has been banged up and we don’t want a default of Randolph at rt, and 2 the ol as a whole and the fresh imp batch has under performed expectations. From what I’ve seen, the dl has had a big advantage in play so far. Honestly I expected the ol to have the advantage.

  7. His dad would want him to play. Hockey parents sacrifice so much. I remember when my grandfather died, I played the next night and had the game of my life. Not even kidding when I say I felt like I had some help out there that night. If god is a blue bombers fan surely he’s a Jets fan also. Let’s go. Do it for Brad. Would not be a bad thing to see Mark go god mode tonight.

  9. I hope Mark plays. There's nothing he can change about his father's passing if he doesn't. I also think his Dad would have wanted him to play. Plus he's around his teammates who will support him. I lost my Mother in 1985 & I kept on working right up to the funeral just to keep my mind off my personal issues. If I had stopped working, I'd have gone crazy in my apartment alone. Afterwards, I took a few days off. Once my Mom was buried, I could relax as it was over except the grieving.

  12. All imports cut and signed. Elsbury, 6’5 305. C/G, was basically the 6th ol, but played a good bit. Exceptional athleticism, 9.84/10 relative athletic score from his pro day. Would’ve been the top interior ol athlete in the nfl combine, exceptional 10 yard time. https://hawkeyesports.com/sports/football/roster/player/tyler-elsbury Keim is 6’9 322 RT, very good athlete, not elite like elsbury but incredible size and length. https://byucougars.com/sports/football/roster/player/brayden-keim phillip Webb 6’5 265. Tremendous athleticism and 2 way edge. Blue chip prospect for sure https://www.nfldraftbuzz.com/Player/Phillip-Webb-LB-LSU https://www.yardbarker.com/college_football/articles/2025_nfl_draft_profile_phillip_webb_edge_jackson_state/s1_17135_41926912

  18. Webb would seem to be perfect for the CFL's wider field and his quickness ought to allow him to adapt to the waggle and multiple offensive sets here. His bio says he should put on more muscle for the NFL but in the CFL, that would likely reduce his quickness. Looks a lot like Jackson Jeffcoat's style of player.

  19. The massive difference between the two situations is Scheifele’s hit was a hockey play…. Benn’s sucker punch absolutely wasn’t.

  27. It's Mark's decision, and he will handle it as best as he feels it would.help him. If he plays great. If he doesn't, that also great. Hockey is just a game. I lost my mom 18 years ago, and like you I chose to keep busy. I even went and played football two days afterwards and had the game of my life. There is something immensely healing being part of a sports team who rallies around you. At any rate, I support whatever decision he makes and I know he's got an extensive support network around him.

Why do you assume he won't play? That's a silly assumption. A decision to be made between Mark and his family. Maybe he plays to honor his dad. I'm 100% sure his dad would approve of Mark playing. We'll find out closer to puck drop. I won't be surprised either way and us as fans will support any decision made.

  32. What a wuss. We had temps here at YYC in the plus teens in January & February. Snow was gone the first week of March. I'm sure if he was playing in Buffalo, Chicago, Green Bay, Cleveland or Minneapolis, he'd have no problem.

  38. Absolutely brutal. He was tremendous on the panel, and even better on Colour. Severely weakens an already weak CFL on TSN production.

  39. MOS relied on trickery a lot more before the team started to get good around 2017, after that he dropped the tricks and beat them with better football. If I'm not mistaken he acted as his own STC for the first few years, where a lot of the trick plays were deployed.

Complacent...in many ways...and the success...or lack there of due to it when all said and done of late is apparent...time for Osh to get back to how he used to do things to a certain extent....he used to piss fans and other teams off before with is keen knowledge on rules and ways to exploit them....why the change?...
