Having said that, I can absolutely see a world where Brady and the OL go off again. And Collaros always carries a giant bag of **** You's to hand out when he plays the Gappers... I picked the Riders just because it's the LDC. Even though we've turned things around lately at The Pas West (did Princess Auto acquire the naming rights out there too or is it still IGF West?), I still expect a loss and hope to be surprised with a win. captaincanuck12 Posted yesterday at 05:11 PM Report Posted yesterday at 05:11 PM Just crazy to think... If we sweep these two games we'll be 8-4 , tied with the gappers and we'll have the tie breaker. I'm cautiously optimistic Atomic, bb1, BaconNBigBlue and 5 others 4 2 1 1

I'm cautiously optimistic Oddly enough we’ve taken 3/4 against the Riders, and we’re 4-4 since 2016 in the Labour Day classic after going over a decade without winning one. It feels more winnable then it used to in the mid 2000’s atleast. I’m never very worried about the banjobowl because we’ve almost always steam rolled the riders during those games.

ShyGuy Posted 23 hours ago Report Posted 23 hours ago Can we make the joke that Lauthers baby is going to be delivered to his neighbours driveway or would that be in poor taste?

rebusrankin Posted 3 hours ago Report Posted 3 hours ago Anybody else worried that Schoen is going to come back but he's been rushed and isn't quite right physically which is just going to cause more issues? Bigblue204, Bubba Zanetti, TBURGESS and 3 others 6

Griffin could but I'd guess Makonzo comes off the 6 game IR after missing 10 games this season. He could be listed as the starter but fall into more of a rotational SAM initially. Piggy 1 1

It also allows Griffin to play multiple rotational roles that he is currently doing very well. If it's up to me I'm sending Weitz back to the PR in order to add a Canadian to the AR. However we added Cobb already but that may have been a paper shuffle to keep PR roster within limits. I won't be surprised either way. If either of Kramdi or Demski don't play then there is room for those 2 changes on the AR regarding Canadians added. I believe Cobb was added just on the premise that Demski was a possible GTD but I expect him to play. rebusrankin and Piggy 1 2

Oh I agree...Makonzo is legit..and a better SAM than Kramdi Griffin tho is our best and is doing great there Weitz i agree is a pointless add...offers nothing but ST play and isnt exceptional at that either Piggy 1 1
Atomic Posted 2 hours ago Report Posted 2 hours ago I think Weitz will come off for Cobb. Schoen, Cobb, Houston ON Sterns, Weitz, Mitchell OFF

Schoen, Cobb, Houston ON Sterns, Weitz, Mitchell OFF So a healthy Wheatfall and Clercius...Iffy Demski....Just back from an injury he shouldn't have been playing with already Schoen and Corcoran and Cobb?...good good what a flop and failure that group is if that the case Id say hopefully since we basically are relegated to it see Schoen for Mitchell....Echols for Sterns, Bailey for Weitz, Cobb for Thomas, Makonzo for Kramdi...Woods for Ayers..Houston for Lawson Edited 2 hours ago by Booch rebusrankin and Piggy 1 2

I'd take Mitchell over Cobb or Corcoran. Schoen for Sterns, Cobb for Weitz, Houston for Lawson seems better to me. Booch and Piggy 1 1 1

JuranBoldenRules Posted 1 hour ago Report Posted 1 hour ago 1 hour ago, rebusrankin said: Anybody else worried that Schoen is going to come back but he's been rushed and isn't quite right physically which is just going to cause more issues? The study on NFL players is anyone coming off ACL isn't close to previous production until 3 years later. Reinjury rate also crazy high (for everything hip down) and most pro football players don't make it to 3 years post ACL. So yeah, I don't expect him to be anything like he was his first couple years and he'll have to keep working to adapt his game to the reality of where his body is. 21 minutes ago, rebusrankin said: So if you take Mitchell off, you're going Schoen/Demski/Wheatfall/Clercius/Corcoran at WR with Cobb as the back up? I get that Mitchell is better than those Canadians, but also kind of a red herring because it's picking whether to dress a borderline useless American or borderline useless Canadian. Mitchell is like a grenade they forgot to install the charge in. We pulled the pin and there was no explosion. rebusrankin and johnzo 1 1

Schoen, Cobb, Houston ON Sterns, Weitz, Mitchell OFF Schoen will replace Sterns who was moved to 1 game IR. So Mitchell stays for this week. He may get bumped next week by Moore or Echols. Houston coming on will probably mean Lawson gets bumped to PR. Edited 1 hour ago by Blue In BC
