They choose Schoen over Lawler,  it was risky and so far has not paid off.   

It sucks because Lawler is a very boom or bust receiver and Schoen is/was just a consistent reliable guy that you want, but the way Collaros plays he's not going to go for the easy yards to Schoen and wants to throw the risky deep jump balls that Lawler was a much better fit for.

He didn' get away. He wanted to come back and the team told him to take a hike.

Bo can still throw the ball seemingly with very little effort unlike Zach who appears to not be able to throw the deep ball and appears to put all he’s got in those throws. Lawler is gonna hit 2000 yards

Strevs is actually throwing a nicer ball now as well IMO. 

How quickly we forget about the edm game. Collaros' pass to Wheatfall down the sideline was the best pass from any qb this year. Zach, when given time can absolutely still throw it. He's not what he once was, but this idea he's a broken down version of himself after one bad game is hyperbolic.

It was edm tho...lol....but a 600k QB should be looking more like that every game...then once in a blue moon..and generally against the weak sisters

Zach was decent against BC, Great against Edmonton and lousy versus Calgary. Its concerning because we saw a lot of this last year.

If it were one bad game no one would be talking about Zach losing it but we're going on 2 years now of the truly good games from zach being few and far between.

I didnt say he was a top teir qb....though I think the state of qbing in this league would have him in the top tier. But he's not what he was, even when he first got here.

Even in ZC "good" game.this yr...there were still a fair amount of wtf passes he got lucky with...even Demski td...was a short duck that was all on demski...forced into pretty much triple coverage and if one of the dbs actually had any feild awareness that was a pick
