Pennington may help with the Bomber’s eventual “Extreme Makeover” 😗

This Bomber team is like the 2025-26 Pittsburgh Penguins not the 2016 and 2017 Champions (or the 2019, 2021 Grey Cup winners). Actually the last two seasons have made me think it’s 2014 again, just the Bombers and the fans hadn’t realized it yet until these last two games. We’ll see what happens when Zach returns but there’s no guarantee he lasts more than a game or two either.

Tragic for the young 22 year old man and his family. Tragic for Dalke’s family, the Riders and their fans. Tragic for Dalke (foolish and senseless way too early death) in that if all of the details released so far are true. It makes for a very difficult situation for the Riders (how do you honor that player?). It makes for a very tough situation for the CFL (one of the leaders of last year’s Grey Cup Championship squad did something horrible and disgraced the role as a player). TSN (who spent at least a half hour on Sunday’s broadcast with incomplete info) are going to have to somehow walk this back. Knowing who the panel/spokesmen on the football broadcasts are, this may not be pretty. All in all the only thing this does is serve as a powerful lesson to younger folks, money and fame don’t bring true happiness. Doing the things in your life that make you a good person do.

If Zach is healthy he will start, it’s the (current) Bomber way 😁. That being said, if Collaros is truly getting more and more brittle as time goes by (like one poster pointed out), maybe he’ll get injured right away again (happened 3 times last year so not far fetched) and Brown will just keep getting the starts. 😉

DEI ALERT 🚨 😉

Zach who? 😉

Thing is the new 3rd jersey or whatever it is called has a W on the front no number and it just doesn’t look right for football 😳 I guess the Bombers never learned from 10 years ago 😛

Oh no, what would Don Cherry say, Chevy’s taken a short Swede with our first Rounder …😉

Ironically like the Jets were last season, we’re looking old and slow in some key places. Namely QB, LB, Oline, some of the Dline, some of the DB). Hopefully we have the future QB, but the airlift for the rest should begin, but it probably won’t. 😟

Yep, its the Lions year alright … to suck. Sounds vaguely familiar 😉

My take … QB: very good to great save for the pick, which I still think should have netted us at least a RTP Receivers: Nield, Wilson, Demski, White in that order all very good to great (didn’t notice anyone else on the rec core) RB: needs more reps but the score obviously dictated somewhat Oline: needs improvement Dline: missing in action LB: see dline DB: see dline ST: returning was OK Kicking: Good but needs to be better Punting: Didn’t notice so must be OK Coaching: Offence - great Defence - not so great Head coach - Meh

“disappointment written all over their faces“ I was thinking of this comment 😏

It’s the Winnipeg Jets way 😛

Who? Sorry I was speaking figuratively as a member of the USA hockey program 😏😛

Every year is the worst year to lose to the States actually 😉
