Like Christmas day that we've waited for almost 2 years. Can't wait to see them raise the banner right in front of Hamilton's faces. The wait is finally over,the stadium atmosphere is going to be unbelievable. GO BOMBERS GO!!!!

Been a long time in coming!  I will not be talking with my family tonight!

 

Game day for the first time in a long while. I'm stoked! The traditional wings are getting tasty in the fridge and the Mikes are getting cold. Can't wait to watch the game.

I cant wait and I cant work. 

Looking forward to being at IG Field and watching the defending champs tonight.

Love that this has been pretty much the only cooler day all summer. Suppose to be about 20 degrees and sunny at kick off. Can’t ask for much better weather for football then that. None of this 30 plus weather we’ve had all summer! Should be a great day for football.

Enjoy it, Winnipeggers... I can't even imagine being there in person for this. 

I unfortunately can't even watch it on TV tonight but will jump to the CJOB archive as soon as I'm done work. Can't wait.... Go blue! 

It is going to be an emotional one for sure. I am sure I will be weeping at the banner raising, player intros and national anthem. 

It will be just like it was 5 years ago today when Gord Downie made his last trip on to the stage in Winnipeg.
