I'm assuming Holley/Rhymes were signed because Campbell was familiar with them.    I'm pretty damn surprised that Ottawa hasn't made any moves at receiver ....

I'll take Rhymes and Holley signings as BC's reaction on us signing Walker. I think that make sense.

Definitely frustrating to see a guy like Rhymes who is coming off a break out season sign elsewhere for 95k.
