Streveler makes me question my heterosexuality. 

When Nichols got hurt, I was desperately hoping that Streveler could come and not make mistakes and let the d win games.  But the kid is playing lights out!

I suspect Bennet could get playing time in this 2nd half.

 

If the Als are smart (which they've proven not to be), Willy will get pulled.  That intentional grounding call was the straw that broke the camel's back.  You give your offense nothing of value by continuing to play him.  You might as well see what Matthews, Schiltz or even Pipkin can do because Willy is done.  No way around it.

Hes getting no protection. There were 3 bombers on him. 

Is there any way to invoke the mercy rule......thought not....

It's true he hasn't had much help.  But he is showing he has deer in the headlights syndrome.  He did this repeatedly even in Lapo's offense, and since you know you aren't going to win, you gotta pull him.

Streveler looks like a young Rielly.

Big guy with a bit of a funky throwing motion but puts the ball in the right spot. Not afraid to run, and can sometimes put the team on his back.

Kid has a BRIGHT future in the CFL. Prototypical CFL quarterback.

I think the answers are categorically 'yes' and it's only halftime.

I hate to say this cause its wayyyy too early but hell he is only 23!  I hope he is not too good to stay in the CFL...and again i know its way too early..😃btw watching the game in Tulum, Mexico is highly recommended!😂😂😎😎

It's just stupid to keep playing him though.  You know he's not going to get his team back in this, and by keeping on playing him you're delaying seeing if your other QBs have any value in this league.

 

If Sherman doesn't pull him, I'm going to venture to say Reed and Mack are forcing him to play Willy.

I had to LOL a few minutes back when Muamba was dancing and taunting our players despite being down by 30 points...

And a cheap low hit on Harris.

Only thing is I'd like to see Streveler slide instead of taking a hit. And not in for the short plays. We need to keep him healthy.
