Streveler coming back would be epic. He would kill as a short yardage/change of pace QB. I'd be willing to start a gofund me.

Is it me or was Hamilton the kid who reminded the teacher to give homework and got pantsed by the other kids? Guy always has to be contrarian.

Love the enthusiasm about bringing him back..  but do you think he'd make a huge impact in the West Final?  With only two weeks to learn the new playbook.  Makes more sense to sign him to next year assuming he's done exploring NFL opportunities

I'm sure it will sting a bit but not sure about crushed. I also think it might be a bit too late to bring him in. Would be nice to have him next year and develop him further

I'm not even remotely concerned about having him next year. I only want him for a playoff run and we'll see where the pieces fall after FA. Let's just win a ship together...

I could see a CFL team making him their number one guy going into next year, although I dont think he has the tools as a passer to be a #1 the NFL may have helped that area of his game along

Sounds like Lawler has been an absolute beast so far in camp. The combinations of Buck as OC, Collaros being more of a gun slinger than Nichols, and Harris being essentially two years older, i think we see quite a bit more emphasis on the passing game this season. Bold prediction: Lawler 1000+ yards receiving(keep in mind only 14 games this year).

I don't see it.  There will be too many good options out there.  The only team that doesn't have a starter I'd Ottawa and you've got Dane Evans or Masoli available and one of Montreals qbs.
