Bladek is an ol. Not really fair to judge him on his tackle totals...

With Collaros as your QB, you need an OL that are good at tackling.

I'd say he was drafted on his potential yet almost every time he was given an opportunity he failed to live up to it.  Who knows what the coaches would say, but my observation was his ratio of targets to receptions was a bit dismal.  How long do you wait for someone who supposedly has all the tools to show he can build something?

 

And still it's a surprising cut to me; going into the season with a roster that only has 3 NI receivers on it is risky.

Dondre Wright should be a no-brainer signing for the Bombers if he's interested, given the situation with NI's in the secondary.

That's why I'd bring in Johnson. Or MTl draft pick Osie Kusi that they cut..big target.. fast..hands need work but would be a nice addition to groom non the less

Didn't see that he got cut. Yeah, I agree, like him better than Janke/Exume/Hallett for sure and Hecht.

Who knows how some of these guys are in the locker and or responding to the coaches. 

I'll give the coaches the benefit.

Peterman seems to be the real deal. I hope he gets a bunch of targets this season.

Shaq Johnson is not on the Leos' list of released players. 

Simonise signed with BC... that was quick..sorry mentioned already in another thread.😏

There were some transactions for BC for Hakeem Johnson today though, that might be causing the confusion...

Likely the combination of cutting Hakeem Johnson and Shaq Hill that caused the confusion. 

From CFL.ca transaction page, it looks like they cut Jamel Lyles. (Bisons)

As well as the long forgotten Matt Coates, he may not be a starter but he makes a decent backup and he's handy on ST's.
