Count me as among those not sold on the Riders' O-line being that good, even with the addition of Bond.

So how much did the #Alouettes have to overpay for players? Westerman got 50k more than next closest offer. Mitchell White almost 40k above next closest. Tommy Campbell got 150k (big $ for a corner). Jake Harty in the 125k range.

As an accountant, I calculated that $50k more than $200k is $250k for Westerman this season.

Edit: forgot to add, sweet sassy molassy is that a lot of cash for him.

Good for Westerman, but if 250 is true, it is ridiculous.

O-line is only as strong as it's weakest link, that's been proven over and over.

Ted Laurent must be re-thinking the lousy $200,000 he got from the Hammer 

no doubt...top buck I would have been comfortable about would have been 200k...but good for him I guess...I bet deep inside by mid season he is gonna think why tho

Agreed on the Riders o-line...especially if they put Bond at tackle...And really cant see how why they would sign Campbell now...and coming off the juice he may just plummett into mediocrity.

Clarke and Dyakowski are pylons and for every good thing Bladek did out there he got abused 10 times ..Coleman is probably the 8th best starting tackle in the league..

With what they paid Westerman the Bombers got both Lefrance and Demski

with 30k to spare
