I remember be ecstatic about this signing lol. That was 2005!?! Man i feel old.
The saving grace is we got Derrick Armstrong and Terrence Edwards in 06 and 07, that was a pretty decent receiving core with an ageless Milt

BOLO is probably closer to stealing Wolitarsky’s spot than he is to being on the PR
Let’s be honest BOLO will get some reps this season. I love Demski but because of his use he’s a tad injury prone. Between him and Woli I would bet money that BOLO gets a decent amount of reps this season, he’s a big dependable target. Really don’t mind his game at all for what we need from our third Canadian receiver.

The Pig looks good. Great throw on the run. Very catchable ball. This kid as a rookie atleast has the same tools as a guy like Prukop who was a vet, I’m excited to see what’s in the future

Then why is Edmonton's offense doing so well? They are in the same boat!
We have a lead. I guess by that merit our O has been amazing.

Always makes me chuckle, the doom and gloom. These are the first live reps these guys have seen in months. With players they have little to no chemistry with. And a set of rules they’re only beginning to get comfortable with.
Agreed it’s the first pre season game for **** sakes. Rarely looks pretty. Despite that we still have a lead, everything will be just fine

Was able to catch a scrimmage, man, I'm so excited to see what a healthy Agudosi can do. He's got speed, big height and a threat at a big receiver we haven't seen in a long time.
The big if is if he can stay healthy this season but I could see him catching 10 plus touchdowns this season he’s just such a large target out there.

the place we crash at when we're in town for games is about 8 minutes south of that (says Google) so that's definitely going to be a pit stop in a couple weeks. I thought I knew about every brewery/taproom in the city, but new stuff keeps popping up....
There’s another good one tucked away on Warsaw avenue called Sookrams Brewing company.

I can't remember a training camp where so many starters got the first week off. I think there is more to this than the team is letting on.
Of course you would come up with this conclusion lol never seen you with a positive Bomber take in all my time on this message board.

He signed with Edmonton late last year as well before moving on to the XFL where he actually got some meaningful playing time.
It’s crazy to me scouts would rather take a chance on him, rather than Schoen who was the absolute best receiver in the CFL as a rookie. Makes no sense.

Who was that ******* NFL RB who got busted for pot so the CFL let him play up here for a season and he had a huge target on his back. He said he could run for 5k in a season and he didn't do **** because he was old and washed up at that point and every team just keyed on him heavy......
yeah that’s just not true, he went back to the NFL and was still a 1000 yard rusher.

Why is everyone calling him Corny? Is this a nickname I’ve missed out on. Anyways, he’s a good athlete, with a decent arm, the difference between him and a guy like Collaros, and Rourke is that they use their legs to extend the play so that they can pass down field, to me once Corn Hole feels pressure he uses his legs and puts his head down to try and run, for Edmonton’s sake I hope the coaching staff is working on making him more of a pass first quarterback, especially once the pocket breaks down.

Has Maas been taking classes so he can swear in both official languages?
Only in the CFL can you fail upwards. Terrible O in Saskatchewan.. gets fired, gets rewarding with a head coaching position..

Shows how good number 8 is, the way he moves up the pocket with his legs to create time, his head still looking at the receiver down the field and to hit a 50 yard dime without firmly planting his feet, it’s just incredible, I don’t think any other QB in the league makes that throw.

I’m a little surprised Darvin Adam’s is still a free agent. He had a nice bounce back year.. nearly 1000 yards and 15 yards a catch. At worst he is still a good jump ball receiver, and an excellent blocker.. if we weren’t absolutely loaded at receiver I wouldn’t mind him being here as the 4th or 5th option.

I think that title will go to Wieneke. Haven't officially heard anything, but rumors are north of 190.
Well Harris is also making 1.2 mill over the next two years with the Riders, but picking a team that needs to desperately over spend just doesn’t feel right!

Agreed. Sayles was for sure a JAG, wasn’t sad to see him go.
Probably the worst contract given out on FA. A lot of credit to his agent to get a rotational player paid like a star.

He let Medlock do it but not Legghio. More like distrust in Legghio making the kick.
He had Matt Nichols as his starting QB and his best receiver was Darvin Adam’s. No disrespect to either of those guys but big difference. We played in a lot of closer games where we needed the 3 points and we left a lot of points on the board as it was settling for 3 instead of 7 in the redzone. Something we don’t often do anymore.

So he lacks faith in Legghio's range. A common consensus of the fans. lol
No he values field position, big difference. He puts trust in Legghio to pin them deep, he puts trust in the D to do their job and he knows once we get the ball back on a short field we’re going to be putting up touchdowns more often then not.
