I hate to admit it but it's been a long while since I've been so disinterested in a Bomber season. The only thing worse than anger (as a fan) is apathy.

Is the scouting template for WR this: Is he Canadian? Is he short? Is he slow? Is he unathletic? If yes for at least two, sign them ASAP.

After this last game I'm really happy Brady signed a multi year deal. Because there's no chance he'd sign again if he were a FA after this season. The way Condell completely ignores him and just refuses to use him in the passing game...leaves me speechless. I just don't understand it. And by this point, there's no excuse I'm willing to accept. Condell can go coach a high school team.

i can with this staff Vaval actually had almost perfect coverage on several of those plays...and a few others played it best u could...was right there and immediately made the tackle...Not his fault he was tasked to cover the best qb/WR tandem in league....Thank god it was him out there or it prob would have been real ugly...Dude played damn good

He's fumbled/dropped multiple TD's this season, cost the team points. He'd be a fine third option. We basically have decent 2-3-4 receivers, missing the top dog.

Not sure I'll renew my TSN subscription next year. Why pay good money to watch this team if they are not going to even try to make adjustments. I'd rather put my money towards a dominatrix that will spank me. At least she'll put in an effort!

I just get the feeling MOS and company are past the point of no return, i.e., do not waver from their process and tell themselves they know what they are doing. Some call this committed, others call it stubbornness unwilling to change.

The message eventually gets stale. Look at Mike Tomlin for example. Good head coach. Wins a Super Bowl in his second year, makes another two years later. After that.. no playoff wins in his last 8 seasons as head coach. Painfully mediocre in the fact they weren’t bad enough to tank but not good enough to be a contender. I see us in a similar boat. We’ll likely finish 8-10 or 9-9 and either make the playoffs or miss out narrowly and get told the same song and dance we’ve been getting since we lost in 2022.. next year will be different; we have a good core, just a couple of mistakes nothing drastic, maybe one or two moves to bring in a vet.. Miller built up a lot of good grace from the fans over the years, but even the most casual fan can see the steep decline year after year.

Grabbing some fresh tin foil and making a hat... Maybe Brady isn't being used later in games because his injury is hampering him... Takes off hat, tries to flatten it, gets frustrated, makes it into a ball, and throws it out.

Frankly, for an old team with lots of championship pedigree, the in ability to; step up at home, against the west, against the best, when it counts the most, against down teams, and after a team punches us in the mouth, is the kiss of death. You can’t be old, experienced, and unable to excel in some area as a team. It’s time to tear down and build new. the good thing about that is you don’t need multiple years to accomplish that. But you do need to start now, and it begins with firings. Idc who at this point. Idc who fills the spots either. Atleast one upper brass, one co, and one ast coach needs to go. a couple under performing players need the door too. Maybe trade some one like white, but a shake up at all levels is required now.

Vaval wasn't the worst DB we've seen in a long while but he while he had decent position on a lot of Als big plays he didn't make a play on the ball on any of them until the 4th Q. A little more mind to the ball and he has 3 picks in that game. I personally hate the "eyes" strategy for DB's turning and running without locating the ball relying on the receivers eyes to then try to recover the ball. The fact he had position on a few of those double moves or fades to the sideline meant he had to then relocate the ball even though he was basically running the route himself and could have easily pulled those balls down. Just no mentality on our D to make plays on the ball.

There was a gradual decline starting from 22-24 for sure but the big thing to me was how they spent the 2024-25 offseason jacking off. Still haven’t been able to catch up. Now the team is a mess with massive holes all over the roster and the second worst coaching staff in the league after Ottawa (and that might be arguable at this point)

Only two more years until MOS+KW get another 3 year extension.

This would not be as potentially traumatic as it appears to be needing had this been done last season and even less so the season prior. The price for inattention keeps going up.

I think they have to decide on Vaval if he's a corner or a kick returner. He's not really effective at either when doing both. If he's the returner, then he's a role player on D, not a starter.

Yup..needing a big play or break to win..or losing because we gave up one at a critical time isnt what good teams do. Almost that game was kinda the must win in my opinion..would have gave us a bit of a buffer and seeing as we have the series on sask would have had us ahead of them if they lost..and the game in hand with Stamps still..so we had a little less urgency and some room for error..a bit...now we have none...and to expect us to not toss up a steamy pile..or 2 with the games left in front of us doesn't look too promising based on what we have witnessed the first 14 games My gut says end to 10 wins or more run..playoff appearance..and a likely last place in West finish..basically a continue of the 5 yr trend of less wins...place in standings..and when we lose in playoffs to the absolute bottom of where we can go..Last place...under 500...and the good chance that 2027 is more of same with no shift/change in coaching...if peoples eyes were open and they put aside their "yeah butts" they'd have seen it plain as day..I did..I said it..and people laughed and said I was full of **** and lacked credibility..not a "i told ya so" kinda guy...but I told ya

That 2019 team was young, especially the OL & the team needed a couple of pieces to put it all together which they got. This team is old & deteriorating. We also had a HC & GM that were younger & hungry as well. I think they both worked a lot harder at their jobs back then. Today, they're both just fat & sassy while still living off those 2 back to back Grey Cups. Their contracts never should have been renewed. All we get now is average in every way. Middling. Nothing great. Nothing poor. Just plain average.

Tyler's former qb coach (Argo) Greg Barton died in Portland in 2017. He had Alzheimer's. My wife, Tyler & I went to see him about 3 months before he passed away. He recognized Tyler but couldn't remember who he was though you could tell he was trying to figure where he had known my son from. We visited with Greg & his wife Heather for a couple of hours. Greg sat on his sofa quietly smiling but not talking. Didn't say a word. When we were leaving & saying our goodbyes we kind of knew the end was coming soon for Greg. As Tyler turned to leave, Greg stopped him & said, "If you need anything. Any help to get a scholarship, please let me know". Tyler had already graduated from SFU two years earlier. Tyler said, "Alright Coach, I will. Thank you". That was the last conversation those two ever had. The Old Coach inside Greg came to life one last time.
