I saw a Leafs fan saying how great they treated their former players because they cheered a 37-year old Mats Sundin when he returned. I pointed to how the fans treated Vince Carter because that was the first thing that came to my mind. Not good enough for this individual. "Leaf fans are not Raps fans" So, I replied that Leafs fans watch from home because ACC (I know it's not called this anymore) is filled with Suits and those Suits don't know any of the players, anyhow. 👁‍🗨 You have to admire Randy Ambrosie for all the effort he’s putting into his job. Never have I seen a more visible Commissioner who is putting the CFL first and foremost in the public’s eyes. You may not agree with some of his ideas, but it’s way better than in the past where the Commish would come out on Groundhog Day, then disappear again for 6 weeks.

Marshall in a Rider uniform just never looked right.

I always liked Marshall. He was a tough and balanced runner, he can block and catch. Nothing about him screams all-star but he was good enough to get look-sees in the NFL after we signed Andrew Harris. I recall he had a couple good games with the rump riders splitting touches.
