Who starts Zac attack vs Strevinator?

We got a couple of weeks to kill so i throw this out there. If Streveler is healthy for our playoff game does he start or do we give the vet the reins with Strev coming in off the bench to add with his skill set???

McGuire sure did make a nice play on the winning field goal tho, high snap, brought it down nicely, turned the laces, for the win.

  • You gain nothing starting a running qb and trying to weave in a passer. But spelling a throwing qb with a mobile qb is proven effective. If collaros gets knocked out of the game as a starter we lose n

I doubt Streveler is healthy so it won't be a decision. guy who runs that much with a bad wheel, just asking for trouble to try and force him in when you don't need to.

Zach should start with most of the plan around him,  but throw in Streveler when it makes sense and let him run over everybody a few times.  He loves doing it anyway.

Zach but to not use Strev and plays designed for him would be dumb in a win or go home game

Collaros for sure. As 17to85 said using Streveler depends upon his health.

It'll be both... Unless Strev is super hurt and can't go.

Great 1-2 punch.

Obviously we ride Zac. Hes a pro QB.

Hopefully the Strev-elators could see that tonight...

Not sure if it was mentioned but Streveler was wearing a walking boot on the sidelines last night.

May have no choice but I would go with Game Manager 2.0.

Zac Collaros at this point.

Looks like he’s healthy and with the win last night he should have his mojo back. I can confidently say that we have the OL to protect him. The bye week will give him more time to dig in deep into the playbook.

We can all blame the Game Manager thing to Lapo. He always chiken-out on the passIng game after an interception.

Use Streveler (if healthy) the same way we used him when Nichols was the starter. Otherwise, McGuire looks like can handle it well.

McGuire.

He seems to have the physical tools (i.e. Isn't built like a tooth pick and can throw the ball) so I'd like to see how he does next season with some time.

You go with the guy who has game and playoff experience and that would be Zach....Streveler in for some running plays along with Harris.. that should really keep the opposition off balance...Get it done Lapo

Honestly guys, this is all a moo point because Strev is pretty banged up. I mean he was in a boot... Likely a high ankle sprain. When you're being called on to be a running QB, they're not gonna rush you back.

We have a bye week...Is it enough time to get people healthy....????depends on the severity and Streve could be ready

He walked past me going into the stadium in running shows, with no pronounced limp.

Just a guess, but the boot was likely bc he'd be standing for three hours.

Game Managers win games, TB4! They win games.

Too bad it wasn't his arm.  he could still go out there and play his game.

Bazinga!

On plus side, Collaros had two more weeks to get comfortable with the playbook and another week of getting starter snaps in practice. He'll be even better, with better timing and comfort with his recovers.

Bailey and Lawler should be happy.

ZC. Far more experience and better chance of revving up a passing game

Probably less banged than Strev right now.   But should have Streveler in some hybrid formations.....to give a D multiple looks.

McGuire didn't mess up any of the short-yardage plays but I would be a whole lot more comfortable with Strev back there.

Also need Stev to hold for Medlock. Again, McGuire did well but Medlock didn't seem as comfortable.

When exactly did Medlock look uncomfortable?
