Gameday! Get ready for action!

I still get more excited about this game than almost any other one on the schedule, even though we get our asses kicked pretty much every year. The prospect of going into Regina and beating them on Labour Day just makes it feel like Christmas morning.

The Bombers have had 7 starting quarterbacks for the LDC in the last decade, including Chris Streveler today. Let's see what the kid can do.

Two first downs where c.f. got the corner because of holding... completed passes because of holding... a defense can only do so much... if they are not getting pressure the riders are going to make plays all day... 

 

Yeah- I am not going to put this one on ritchie hall- there were several times that drive at crucial times where they got ******* jobbed by the refs...

Gotta give the team props. They made a game of it when everyone wrote them off. 

This is why I’m so against giving up two points for 20 yards of field position. 

You give up the safety and they still have a chance to score, not to mention the amount of illegal block penalties that happen on punt returns in the CFL that can help drive them back further.

We give up a safety, let them score a TD and that’s the difference in the game.

Yeah. I saw that right away. If that call gets made correctly, game likely ends differently.

That Demski screwup INT on that hitch screen cost us a FG too.  Lots of opportunity to improve.

Could have tried a long medlock fg instead of faking it.. Getting it but then going backwards 14 yards

Our terrible O was able to take the lead. The D decided they gonna be soft. Dang!

Bombers still top of the standings tho. And there are two more games vs the Riders so dont celebrate yet. 

Remember that Bomber lineup is so depleted.

Bombers D started strong but faded. Our O started weak but got better.

They Won by two points... against strevs and Augustine... with no holding calls at all... you call a ******* fair game... we would have destroyed them.
