  • couple things, for me..... 1) Not sure BC is a tire fire, despite their record. They've showed some good things, and with Reilly (even on a bum leg) there is ALWAYS a shot and they're always in t

  • I'm excited for this one. My son and I are doing the "Benchwarmer" sideline experience this week. Should be fun. And what glorious weather!

Question regarding Streveler's INT. From my view, the angle I was at, it looked like he was just trying to throw it away, avoiding the rush. Is that how it looked to everyone else?

Yeah, looked like it. That is a tough position to be in with his throwing arm facing the LOS so the defender had an easy time swatting at the ball.

They are on their third string LG and the beat goes on. Funny when teams struggle finding first string OL.

Early to rank but I would say Eli due to body type stays behind  Spooner and Desjarlais with the latter having the brightest future of the three.

Think he was trying to get it to Whitehead who was wideopen

My view from.tv looked like he was trying to hit Whitehead.

Agreed - two DBs were running towards the LOS and Whitehead was open behind them.

My eyes were focused on him, so I didn't see Whitehead. Of course, there was no replay at the stadium. Thanks!

Even still, at least in my eyes, it was very unlucky that ended up being an interception.  Bad throw? Sure. But usually those end up falling incomplete.

BC is some kind of awful, they might win 3 games this year.

Hope Nichols isn't out too long or we may be in the same boat, lol.

Going forward of course.

If lapo isnt trying to get fired.. A very good run heavy O with Strev Harris Lucky Grant even can cause some big problems for other teams. Lets be honest.. Our O isn't lighting it up.. We are truly winning based on D and Sp Teams.

If Strev can limit the mistakes we will be ok.

300 yards of 0 a game. 7 and 2.

Its unheard of.

Praise be unto Kyle Walter's and his drafting of offensive linemen.

I was really impressed how Strev took out the guy who intercepted his pass.

Yep. Young qb mistake. Gotta know when to take the sack and when to toss it away.

I heard on the radio this morning that the Bomber Offense is in the top 3 of the league in most offensive categories other than passing yards. Now I will admit I didn't fact check this nor will I because it doesn't bother me very much. My question is, why is passing yards so hard to get over when the Bombers are winning? As far as I know they call more running plays than any other team which means they run less passing plays than any other team so if my math is correct, they would more than likely have less passing yards than....any other team. Again, I didn't fact check anything because it doesn't bother me as long as the Bombers are getting more Ws than Ls.

That was his one stat for the night  🤩   But seriously I'm cheering for him and hope he can string a few wins together.

That was one of the hits of the night.

And yes, he was trying for a completion, but the trajectory was off. He was rushed...

Guys, Westy just said on 1290 that Streveler isn't good enough in the passing game. I appreciate hearing this so I can not watch the game and spend more time on my knitting. 😉

Weird how a few of our real active posters have disappeared after a convincing win...

The 1290 guys were unbearably hammering this home.

They’ll be back - like novacaine at the dentist.

I don't think Streveler could have thrown the ball away even if he tried. It was eat it or throw it and Streveler made the wrong decision. That being said, 1 pass doesn't define a QB.

I'm concerned about Streveler but as others have said we really haven't seen him in an offense geared to his strengths. Hopefully Lapo earns his $ and designs some nice sets to take advantage of his skills.
