  • Say what you will about Kyle Walters but he made drafting OL high a priority from day one and now we have depth there that I don't think I've ever seen the Bombers have.

  • If someone can post the tweet that’d be nifty. Huge deal, signed through 2020

Times in Bomber land are good right now

Great for our future! Wonder if he plays right away, and if so, who does he replace??

does he even factor in for this year now though?...replace Couture on active if anything?..can't see him supplanting a starter at moment..but if he has really improved since school you never know...at least...huge depth upgrade

He's not going to make an impact this year but going forward, this will be huge. We have a lot of Canadian talent on offense.

I'm not sure he plays right away, but in the future I could see him at right tackle or guard.

More highly touted Canadian talent is always welcome. Figure out the rest later.

Couture a FA in offseason. I think one of Nuefeld or Hardrick is too.

Not sure the free agent status of our O line guys, but having Gray for 2019 and 2020 is huge.

At one point could start 4 Canadians on the line and have 8 solis starting Canadians.

Walters took a big chance selecting him in the first round. But, knowing that he had Canadian talent already on the line, he took it. Job well done there. Now it's up to Gray to earn a starting spot.

wow... talk about depth at the exact perfect time of year!

I'm assuming this is why Walters didn't go after other guys (i.e. Chris Matthews)...he likely gave Gray a nice signing bonus which counts against 2018 cap.

Anyways...O -line could be strong for years to come.

Sucks to sign during this year though, would have preferred next year to get to 2021 instead of 2020

Still awesome signing! Also gives some depth for the stretch run if required. So who has to be released now that we've added one to our roster?

If he signs next year, he probably just signs a two year deal. He wasn’t going to commit until 2021, that’d be super foolish of him.
