As much as I dislike Etch & Marcel, unless something better comes along, keep them. Two years to implement their systems would leave no excuse for failure.

My biggest issue with Etch is that the running back in most cases can see the gap pre-snap. There's no disguise or movement to it after the snap to create confusion for the running back. As much as I dislike Suitor as a colour commentator, he pointed out that for example, that on the Riders final drive on Labour day, the running back was staring at the gap pre snap and ran right to it with little to no effort. The scheme just simply doesn't work. Yes it has it's good points, but overall it is a fundamentally flawed scheme.

Definitely all sunshine and lollipops now.

Oh boy.  Another media bashing session filled with I Love the way O'Shea handles the media vs I Hate the way O'Shea handles the media.  What do you expect him to do vs I want him to be honest.  Throw in a bunch how the media is lazy and how they don't ask the right questions how they spin things and my fav... How O'Shea is obviously different behind the scenes than he is in public.

I said it before and I will say it again, this team has Bellfool and Etch stink all over it, I don't see O'Shea or Walters stamping anything so they better get their **** together because relying on those two jokers is a sure fire career death sentence.

as per Kirk Penton.  In the last 12 years the WBB's have drafted 12 o-lineman vs. the Stamps who drafted  29 o-lineman during the same period.  

Good teams are built from the lines out.  If we don't upgrade our O line, it will be more of the same next year.  Our QB will get beat up.  Our RB will need to make yards on his own.  Our receivers will have to run short routes because we won't have time to complete the long ball.  We'll end up hoping that other teams fail so we can sneak into the playoffs. 
 
I'd like to see us pick up a D lineman but I'm hoping that one of our NFL DL's will be available.

When this guy writes what some want to read he makes sense, if he writes something that might be true but against O'Shea the guy is a jack ass. This is so much Joe Mack. At one time when a word was said about his useless work all hell broke loose. It was always Great Guy, Great Guy. After he was fired people could not say enough bad things about him. And I am NOT comparing O'Shea to Mack.  It seems the cancer is always found after the guy has left.
 
How much sense does this make. Here you have a guy that is a cancer but keeps playing for 12 games though O'Shea maintains his team is made up of a great bunch of guys. He is sat for a game and then told he will not play Saturday at least. O'Shea on the news said he called him in and explained his options. He did not say he would cut him but his playing time would be adjusted.
 
Here is the question: Why did O'Shea not cut him when he decided to replace him? He had the chance to rid the club of the cancer yet decided to give him options? 

I expect to see a lot more of Brohm down the stretch so it only makes sense that he gets as many reps as he can.

Change the way we "punish" repeat penalty-takers. 
Change shaming into benching.
 
We have our share of AWBs (athletes without brains) on our team, and we're not good enough to withstand their ineptness in that regard.

Kelly's been great in the short passing game lately.  He's averaged 60 yards a game our past four games -- in fact, he's averaging a couple more yards a game than Denmark is.  Whatever his shortcomings you can't say he hasn't been productive.
 
I dunno, maybe you want your big import WR to be more than a reliable checkdown.  Maybe he's just getting open because of all that space that Romby's opening up for him.
