Would really like to see Broxton slide over to LT with Vanterpool staying at RT....

Broxton is back ar RT. We should talk to his Dad, Cris. Even at 60, he'd be more productive than Gavin Cobb.

Lawson back is massive. We have sincerely missed that guy.

Broxton and Lawson were both back as well (big Stan still at LT, obvs).

Our DL was a key factor in just giving up 200+ yards rushing in a quarter. If that’s possible, basically nothing else matters.

Bombers are back from their bye week and Collaros is taking 1st team reps according to 3DN.

Not his fault. he can only play his position. He's not responsible for what the other teams do.

fletcher fails a few major litmus tests for succeeding on the dl, especially as a tweener inside/out guy. Bring in jaworski

Jaworski seems like an upgrade on fletcher in my opinion. Based on his limited play last season, I’d start him over fletcher. Maybe Jenkins is back after the bye Also as both he and jaworski looked good in limited reps. Doesn’t hurt to add more talent.

Last year the Elks were terrible and Ford wasn't great so Walters looked big brained. This year the Elks are playing well and so is Ford so Walters in a dunce. I'm sure things will yo-yo back and forth in the coming years.

Als are ******* murderers. Christ Almighty. It's like watching Khari to Milt with Alexander to Philpot. Unreal. Faj is still a joke. Shut down Rankin (**** my Fantasy pool team apparently) and they're toast.

Ford with his 2nd pick, said it last week the Bombers D really misses him

Always.

Apologies for the lateness of the reply. Busy weekend (Rush). Coach Din has his own way and his own vision. I think given enough time he will surround himself with coaches and players and be a big problem for the Eastern division and the rest of the league. I know that the Dru Brown thing set some people off. But whatever Dinwiddie's vision of a quarterback on his team is, I just don't think Brown fit it. And I don't necessarily think that's a knock on Brown. And ultimately, as you know, taking responsibility for the team will fall on the coach. So he can throw people under the bus in this phase of his tenure because it isn't really a team in his image yet... He won't be able to do that once all the players and coaches are his guys. And as it is, I would say that the Redblacks have the second lowest level of talent for a team in the league. So he's got some time to build something before he'll be held to account for results. As for what you said about Grant losing a step, for me his speed has always been weird. He's the fastest moving player on the field, but at full clip it looks like he's just taking it easy and jogging. And there are guys next to him trying to keep up who are in full on sprints. His return the other night was like that too. Look at the guy who's trying to catch him versus his nice and easy run. You can't teach speed, right?

It’s insane how poor our O line is considering the amount of Americans we have starting.

Hasn't played WR since 2019 so he's well rested.

I mean good to see Collaros back I guess but if you have Stanley starting at LT and Brockton is out it’s going to be ugly no matter who’s under center for the Bombers.

The slate of games this past weekend was overall the most entertaining to date. The teams who were expected to lose, lost, but they put up a fight. Harrison Frost looks to have potential. all that teams that played looked like they upped their games, which does not bode well for the Bombers. The Bombers' runway is very short.

Paging Duron Carter ;)

Yeah, he is the best. No question. That whole team looks unstoppable. They do give up points on defense but their offense just out scores everyone.

I was really excited for Jaworski... And Jenkins... Hopefully one of em works out anyhow.

I was excited to have Jaworski in blue and gold this year. But our problem area seems to be everything else.

Ti Cats giving the Lions a better game than the Bombers, maybe speaks more about the Bombers though

If you don't have an opinion is that still considered an opinion

Elks just brought back down to reality. I think they go on a bit of a slide now. Lots of smoke and mirrors there. Pretenders in my opinion.

You’re new to the cfl. I knew it.

Only one way to right all the time: never have an opinion

Weren’t you one of many who said he was overpaid. 2 picks and 48 points given up. Great game to show the Edmonton talent on D.

I know a few don't like him but Alexander is the best QB in the league, he a pretty good line, great set of receivers and a very good RB. There were missing 3 d linemen today didn't matter.

Good to see my cousin back in the lineup!

That's his dad iirc. The one we got is 23. https://www.bluebombers.com/players/matthew-jaworski/169347/

Yeah that will stop the bleeding. Don't bother acquiring better dbs, lbs, or ol. Or maybe they should all wear glasses. It worked for Castillo.

Until we get an update on Dru and Zach, we only have Elgersma and Perkins who are healthy so i would not say it's a position of strength at the moment.

FWIW, the guy we've had on our neg list the longest, has been released by the Dolphins. https://www.cbssports.com/fantasy/football/news/mark-gronowski-let-go-by-fins/

Which is why I wanted Walters, McManus & Osh fired last fall. Clean house entirely as their contracts expired so no financial penalties for the league. Bring in a new GM, new Head Coach, new scouting staff for Canada, the US & Global players. Instead, it never happened. Here we are talking about the same **** we were 9 months ago.

Great news for Jets fans Kelly Hrudey's replacement on Calgary Flames broadcasts h...It appears that Sportsnet has already chosen a replacement for Kelly Hrudey on Calgary Flames regional television broadcasts.

I’m super happy to see you took my advice about not being such a reactionary, angry old man seriously.

I know more about the alcoholic nose than you know. My family had more than its share of alcoholics with my father & three of my uncles. I've seen it all my life. It seems to strike every second generation. The first generation drinks like crazy & we experienced all the misery, shame, anger & unhapiness that comes with it. I know from trading stories with my cousins. Second generation (me) sees the carnage & stays away from alcohol. Doesn't mean I didn't drink but I always respected alcohol. The third generation having never lived with a crazy alcoholic... drink... & those addictive genes kick in making them raging alcoholics. Some also became drug addicts as well which was a hundred times worse. The red nose is a by product of alcoholism & now add on drug abuse in the third generation. Everyone who chronically drank for decades in my family had one. Also red blotches on their faces which is also a tell tale sign. as well. My uncle in Regina, his nose was huge. His face had cherry red blotches. For Dinwiddie & his family. I hope he isn't an alcoholic. Hard to judge seeing someone on tv. Don't forget coaches are out in the hot sun all spring, summer & fall which damages skin over time. https://www.addictionresource.net/alcohol/alcoholic-nose/
