I just want a punter who is a traditional two step punter. Someone who has a straight release. Doesn't waste time trying to kick it side ways. Someone who can flip the field if necessary. No idea why we have to go to Australia to find one who isn't even that good.

I got nothing against sheahans placement usually... but he is basically never able to launch a booming kick to flip field position

Hey there Johnzo - remember when we met up in 2011 in Vancouver?  I'm in Section 435 so not far away - definitely would like to buy you a brewski or five if you're down with that!  I hope Bluto is able to make it to Vancouver again as we had a good time partying with him in 2011 as well.  Bluto - are you coming out??

Jamie was my neighbour here in West K - lived next door - so I asked him about the 2011 Grey Cup - he claimed that it was Kyle Walters' fault that special teams sucked so hard in the Grey Cup.  He also said that when he played for Mike O'Shea in Toronto that he would have run through a wall for him, as would everyone who played for him in Toronto, so take that for what it is.

Fajardo was at least a guy that despite everyone in Winnipeg hating... actually proved himself in Montreal and at least was a guy who was a starter and taken his team to the play offs.   Arbuckle is on his 5th team in 5 years and has barely had any playtime since his time in Calgary.  

 

I’m going. Just trying to find decent seats (between 25 yard line and midfield) for not exhorbitant prices. Anyone know of any? @Zach Schnitzer I Hope you manage to go!

I guess that's why Walters doesn't coach anymore. He's in mgmt.

Kyle Walters = **** coach, awesome GM... I think that's been established by now

One Grey Cup, hell one visit to Vancouver, was enough for me. Gonna have a Grey Cup party where people actually know there is a championship game going on. Atmosphere was beyond terrible last GC I went to in Vancouver. Like somebody died bad.

A friend of mine from Winnipeg is going to the Grey Cup courtesy of Save On Foods. His parents won their GC contest but as they're elderly they can't go so they gave the prize to their son & his wife. Flight, hotel & two tickets to the game all courtesy of Save On Foods.

Was that in 2014?  Because I think that was the one that Vancouver ended up getting last minute because the host city couldn't get it done for some reason.  Yeah it wasn't great.  2011 on the other hand was awesome, had a great time at that Vancouver GC, even though we lost.  

EDIT - I was right, the RedBlacks were originally going to host the 2014 Grey Cup.
