HH to to the doctor that froze Streveler's foot.

  • Demski deserves some love. He played a real good game today.

  • Beat a team like Calgary in Calgary like that it’s a team effort divide the stars up 45 ways. Heart of legend goes to #17

They did and forced some hurried throws. The key is to get push when it matters.

Jefferson was completely invisible, in the first half they had zero push and thankfully Calgary had the dropsies.

I'm hoping next week they show up as it will be very important to have pressure.

1)Streveler was a warrior that we haven’t seen the likes of in a very long times.  The guy was playing very injured and they still had no answer for him when he came in.

2) the d was shut down and made bo Levi look like he was running a mid season la police offence.

3) medlock....he was perfect on the night and kept us in there when it was tight.

HH to collaros.  He did enough to win and put us one step closer to ending the drought.

extra HH to all the beer I crushed

He's been invisible since our 2nd bye week

He used both QBs. There was short yardage stuff, longer throws and lots of deception. I don't think he can call a better game given the QBs he has.

the game totally changed when he started using Streveler in the second half.

It helped when they used him in the first half as well.

Calgary has the answer to the pressure from our front. Ssk doesn't however

Jefferson was not invisible. Yeah he didn't get sacks but he was causing problems.

He doesn't sell out for pressures. When he isn't going to get to the qb he anticipates the passing lanes which helps with contain too. Didn't have a monster game but continually altered blms release point and trajectory. In basketball they call it changing shots

He was eating double teams the entire game.

The first half?  When BLM had something like 65 yards passing?

Son, that don't happen when a DL has zero push

You don't think he was getting double teamed when he was on fire and ripping the league a new one?

In the first quarter BLM had all sorts of time to throw.  Some key drops and great play from our DBs prevented him from really running up the points.   Rewatch the first half,   it's ugly.

It does and did. Hard to throw the ball down field alot in cold weather especially when the DBS are playing physical

Streveler playing hurt with a tonne of heart.

Love the metric reference for the CFL. Well done.

Why Speedflex! That's the nicest thing you've said about Streveler to date. Kudos!

He doesn't have a choice lol......

sorry.  Fact. 😂

1. Andrew Harris - for being Andrew Harris. The opposition can't ignore him and it opens everything else up.

2. Nic Demski - You can't teach speed and the way he pulled away from the Calgary defenders on his TD gallop was tres impressive.

3. Chris Streveler - Calgary had no answer for this locomotive coming down the track with a full head of steam.

HH - To whoever made the speech in the locker room at half time. That was NOT the same team in the second half that played in the first half. Wow!

He was used correctly. LaPo didn't try to make him something he isn't.

Hence why he made it out as the West nominee for MODP and not Hughes..the one trick pony who fades out...Jefferson is the more complete player and does things that be benefits the defense in multiple ways

Jefferson must be 7 or 8 years younger. Like you say he doesn't fade away.

And yet, throughout the ugliness, we established our game and trailed only 14-8.

Go figure.

BLM was bedazzled.

Now there is the distinct possibility ol crafty Richie Hall has flipped the switch and changed up the defensive philosophy for the playoffs..and if so kudos to him and can guarantee you on the closed practices we have been running it a lot so will be well versed in it.

If BLM couldn't figure it out, there is no way in Regina (hell) Fartado can..if he is even playing or healthy enough to make any impact.

Can just see it now about Rider fans whining about losing again cause they had to play backup QB and the irony of it will be they lost to a combination of our backup and a guy they tossed away and didnt give a chance again to because they got enamoured with Fartados mediocrity and flash in a pan play..he is in no way shape or form top tier starter material over the long term

I tend to base my assessments on an entire game.  You don’t see it that way and I will leave it there.
