Two teams seemingly headed in opposite directions. Als already-shallow roster is banged up. Bombers relatively healthy (*knocks on wood*) and seem to be playing better each week. Good teams avoid traps and just keep on trucking, regardless of the opponent. Time to put the wood to these guys and keep rolling along....

I expect a physical game tonight, Montreal's defense still has some teeth and things won't come as easily for us this week.

Team has to be mindful of Lewis .. especially on 2nd down and his ability to move the sticks .. can't play him soft.  If the Bombers can keep the tempo up offensively and consistently put pressure on the Montreal defense, this will be a walk .. if they allow Montreal to stay close OR sleep on a lead, then I worry about this game.

Totally agree.  Especially the part in blue.  Don't let 'tons of fun' waddle into a soft spot in the zone, turn around and catch a pass, uncontested.  Happened too often last time.

INteresting to note -- Bombers will be wearing the home royal blues for some reason tonight, as per Darren Cameron...

The move makes sense, I suppose, but I don't like it.  However I will reserve my final judgment for after the game.

another interesting note - Tait says they were running "looks" during practice this week where Jeffcoat lined up inside......

I believe one of Ekakities strength is against the run.

Thomas will be on passing down. Ekakitie against the run.

Im also curious if they will use Jeffcoat as LB on some schemes.

Onus on the D.....they were awful, last time we played these guys.   Nichols and the O bailed them out.

Don't like the Poop move for now but will have to wait until the game is over.

This is a chance for us to take one of the last steps out of the shadows of our dark era. To step further into the light of legitimate grey cup contention. To no longer be the team that plays down to others, or plays parts of games. Hope to blue go out and kick the snot out of the als tnite.

Do not like the move. One last chance for ogopogo i guess. Corney is 267 now so in a pinch he could probably play DT.
