It's not even like it's borderline... Farhan is their regional reporter... How can you do this in good conscience?? Unless everyone else is sick or something...

That fact that’s he regional doesn’t and shouldn’t matter… I have no doubt in my mind if @DTonOB got called into emergency duty to call a bombers game on a TSN broadcast… he would be fair and balanced…

What difference will it make, you want to tarnish this season with memories of Dolegala getting blown up in the playoffs? Might as well dress him up in a giraffe costume to entertain the drunks....on second thought, we could pin the whole rotten season and everything bad that was, directly to his hide!

We're in serious trouble if we're down Zach and Strev... so who would give us a better chance to win... the guy with almost no playing experience but maybe better knowledge of the playbook?... or the guy who has like 10+ career starts on his resume... either way, I don't like our chance to go on a run... but you'd have to think Dolegala gives us a better chance to win, should it come to that.

Yeah he would have been a better oline convert than Adamson...as soon as they announced they were doing that, basically was in my opinion that's the end of life r and last we will hear from him..he didn't have the oline body type...mind u he was prob never gonna make it as a dline guy either...was a crap pick...not sure who was available still when they grabbed him..but I never liked that pick

Adamson was the last pick in the 4th round... the next 8 guys that went after him were Wesly Appolon, Woodly Appolon, Riley Picket, Ryth-Jean Giraud, Joel Braden, Daniel Kwamou, Tristan Fleury, and Jared Beeksma (who had a cup of coffee here last year)... any gems in there?... none of these names really mean anything to me

But do passing yards really mean a guy is outstanding? Could just mean they're always behind and he's gotta throw a pile to try and get back while the other team is playing soft.

And on top of that... he's been benched this year... can you really say this guy has had an "outstanding" season when his coaches decided at one point that the team was better off without him playing?

But but but, Miles Brown is a saint! If Jake Thomas tore up Trevor Harris' knee in the same manner they would be screaming for his head on a spike, yet theyve nearly raised enough Go-Fund me money to pay his fine. There are no words to describe how much i hate that f**king fan base. Just koolaid drinking, hypocrite, dipshit, hillbilly, lemmings. F**k each and every one of them.

we're basically also doing the same thing to Jake... but for different reasons 😉

Cole was extended on the 6-game too so who knows.

Pretty clear now it is time to move on from Biggie and Wilson. Can't stay healthy and age is undefeated.

completely agree... Biggie announced on social media that he's not done... hopefully the Bombers brass disagrees... if he wants to sign a cheap-ish 1 year deal and sit on the six game all year as a defacto additional defensive coach... I wouldn't be opposed to that

To be fair, have you heard Collinsworth slobber over Mahomes?

Collingsworst (I accidentally spelled his name wrong and when I went back to review the squiggly line, I felt apt to leave it as is) is the Suitor of the NFL... doesn't provide any insight to the game... just beats home the "storyline" to death

Back to the game... I wonder if starting MBT (which I expect them to do) closes the run game down a bit?... with Ford in there, our DL always had to respect the RPO... now they know MBT is no threat to run

    Brady O all day

The young LBs (Jones and Ayers, hell even Kelly playing spy) did not stop many running backs but played contain of Ford well and made some big plays.

The rookie receivers played well and were all a threat at least. Wheatfall has now passed Johnson’s production in 2 and half games.

Other than the INT ZC played well.

Jones isn't really that young... he recently turned 29... but he's a pretty decent MLB option for at least the next year or two

for all the yards rushing this team allows they're not giving up a ton of points. Eventually you'll get the stop on first down and force passing situations. Very very very few teams in this league will stick to a run game.

Reminds me of that sequence in the second (I think?) quarter when Edm rattled off 2 or 3 really nice runs in a row… then on a first down the D went tackle for no gain, sack, forced punt…. Ugly start to the drive, nice finish

IN: Stanley, Wilson, Wheatfall, Michael Chris-Ike, Dolegala

OUT: Vanterpool, Johnson, Bridges, Wolitarsky, Streveler

    IMO, overall a net positive:

    Stanley > Vanterpool
    Wheatfall > Johnson
    Wilson > Bridges
    MCI < Woli
    Dolegala < Strev

As others have mentioned... the only thing I'm disappointed in is not finding a way to get Adams on the roster... I feel like the DL played it's best with him in

Absolute beauty of an upload by Waders27 on his YouTube page. The 2003 LDC full game - which if I recall correctly is Milt torching Davin Bush all game.

Funny you mention this... I had about 15 mins to kill yesterday and flipped open youtube and came across that... only got about half way through the first but I definitely plan to watch the whole thing!

no way oday keeps his job now right?

been saying this for a long time... Sask needs to lock up O'day to a lifetime contract... nothing would make me happier than to see him stay in Sask for a long time...

this is just pathetic.... how boring and desperate must your life be that this is the kind of thing you commit time and money too

It's an ongoing process that can take years, I don't think there is a track record of teams successfully winning the GC in the year they host by overspending and making mass change in one season.  Building a very good team takes time and usually can't be rushed.

Mass changes... agreed... but if this offseason there is an elite pass rusher and/or offensive tackle available in FA... the Bombers would be wise to pursue both... even if it means potentially going over the cap

If this stays the same 4-1 over the last five guarantees the Bombers first most likely only need to go 3-2.

the games in Edmonton and in Hamilton are the ones that concern me the most... home against Edm and Tor should be wins... the finale in Mtl - with Mtl likely having first locked up - should be winnable too

Of course they need it.  They could've done the tired old, we must play a Canadian at Safety, instead they went with one at CB and SLB.

What import has been more impactful than Ford

Kramdi has been a top 3 SLB in the league this year.  He's third in the league for tackles for loss.  He's second in sacks for his position.  Teams tend to throw away from his zone.

I think you could make a case for Terrell Bonds... that guy has been lights out this year... how do we know he's been good?... he is NEVER mentioned during a game... teams simply don't throw at him.... Ford is having a great year and the stats back it up... but there's a reason quarterbacks challenge Ford much more than they challenge Bonds...
