Reilly was beat to a pulp in his first two seasons in Edm. they did not have a very good team.
And we do not have regret the ruining of a good quarterback only a questionable one.

That is very enjoyable to watch. How long before the 'win with some class' comes out this season?
It would also be nice too see a good flareup between him and Carter on the sideline first game into the season.
I don't know how they can fit two egos of that size into the same locker room at the same time.

not misunderstood at all. He beat Reilly in TC for the starters spot. Had his foot flipped around on a play, and Reilly never looked back. It's not a shot at either players talent. I don't think anyone would say Edmonton was foolish to stay with Reilly, but it also doesn't change the fact that Nichols was the starter at that time. So contrary to your belief, Nichols has proven himself as a starter, not only coming out of a competitive TC but also stepping in and taking the reigns when asked to mid season including a win at the last ever labour day in the barn.
Actually, when you think about it, Reilly going to Edmonton was not the disaster it seemed at the time in this forum. Had Reilly come to Winnipeg, he probably would have been beaten to pulp much as the admittedly slow-footed Willy was. We were incredibly fortunate to get what we got for Willy and have only a maybe good quarterback to grieve over instead of wailing how great Reilly was before he was put onto long-term disability.

yea I suppose you could say we have a lot of split personalities but I mean, its not far off either with Schizophrenic too, no? random outbursts that make no sense, random tangents that don't have any bearing in whats actually going on.. prone to fits of rage for no reason...
Sounds like Rider fans.

You are right. I'm sorry. I was thinking of the BC game where we had 7 but 2 called back on penalties. I should have checked before I posted. I don't like posting stats that are not accurate
That's OK, we understand the difficulty you're having with math, what with being from Saskatchewan and all.

Manitoba alone is 7 times bigger than Scotland. With 1/5 of the population. Crazy.
I roadtripped from Wpg to Fernie 2 summers ago, and had a great time. Stayed with buddy's cousin in Regina night #1, provincial park night #2, buddy's on-the-ranch job south of Pincher Creek night #3 and the rest in BC. Only disappointment was not having enough time to make it all the way out west.
But we don't have haggis or sheep that stampede at the sound of zippers.

Isn't that the whole premise of garage sales?

It is difficult for us sheltered Canucks to appreciate how scared the Americans are of each other and the world in general. Lots of money to be made off that fear though.

With Hall, the problem may lie in his defensive philosophy of allowing the short game but stopping the long one. In practice, with a carnivorous D-line, that may work, but so far in Hall's tenure here, it has been a mixed success at best.

I suspect that our defence will take a couple of games to mesh, even if our MLB problem is solved. I also echo the concerns about Richie Hall's strategies, but maybe with a more aggressive front four, that will not be a problem.

Last year bodog overvalued the Roughies and undervalued the Bombers. I put some money down right away and made a tiny bit of money which I lost on NBA betting later. Don't gamble kids.
Absolutely not. Most bookies want money rather than adolescents.

For the sake of privacy let's just call him Patrick N.... no, that's too obvious... let's go with P. Neufeld...
So let me get this straight... the Als sign Donnie O in FA... then release him before camp... only to bring him back after camp??
And you are saying that the circus is not just in Regina?

Washington has the size but a bit on the thin side (6'4"and 198lb) but is no stranger to tragedy: Father was shot and killed in 1996 and his mother died from complications of a blood clot during one of his basketball games in his sophomore year of high school in Louisiana.

Not a brilliant statement to make to start off his CFL career, he could quickly be tagged with the label of a locker room cancer.
Well, if Behar is not welcome in Edmonton, we have an NI O-lineman who initials are Patrick Neufeld who we could trade for him.
