I don't post nearly as much as I used to but stuff like this is laughable: "Depends on what you mean by success" .. to .. "We had some success" .. to .. "We had successful regular seasons" If you want to talk facts: the Bombers from 2015-2025 rank 5th in number of wins over any 10 year span in CFL history. That's behind only two separate Edmonton and Calgary runs. In the last 10 years we've won more playoff games than any other CFL team .. been to more Grey Cups and trail only Toronto in terms of championships. Over the last decade we've become a model franchise in terms of profitability, game day experience and yes .. winning in both the regular and post season. By any metric we've enjoyed an immense level of success and we've been spoiled by it - we've come to expect it. Are there warts .. have there been bumps along the way .. could we have had another banner or two? Absolutely. Am I happy with the current direction and make-up of this team? Not by any stretch of the imagination All that said, anyone suggesting that we haven't been successful .. dominant even .. has got their head rooted firmly up their ass. Nothing lasts forever.

I can’t speak for others, but I understand we’ve had a great run of success and, as a fan, I appreciate that. Because we can all remember the darker times. What frustrates me over the last few years is the steady decline and seemingly no urgency to adjust course. The stubbornness to not adapt and continue doing the same things that aren’t working.

What I don't get...we lost a DB type player who we felt the need to have rostered....so instead of say letting Stuart play who has the most upside of any of our Canadian DB's we add a LB to make it 10 on roster...Discounting the qb's and Kickers is 1/4 our roster So If we add Novack who they claim is this ST demon...why leave Hazen on as a DA who will never see the field save for some ST reps...Why not add a much needed receiver...Or a cover DB so we don't need to see Hallett on the field now...as we know he will be again as it was Ball last game, whether it was him or Kelly when he wasnt starting was just plain stupid anyway Give Jaworski or Jenkins some reps to keep dline fresh...Especially with the Faj likely running all over the place tiring out lineman and Rankin who is due to bust loose again....and we are worst in league versus the run so there a damn good chance...just simple things like that to make the game roster better, and has nothing to do with Walters, thats on the HC...we can be better with what we have but just keep shooting ourselves in the dickk...it just seems no thought is put into anything Christ rostering Vpool in lieu of Hazen would offer more value..but nope....

I personally love that we're dressing another linebacker. What if and hear me out...the starter gets hurt, the backup get hurt, the backup to the backup gets hurt. He proceeds to get hurt. Then low and behold the backup, to the backup backup will be on the field. I think it's a win win. #dressevenmorelinebackers

This is the crux of the state of debate these days. No middle ground anymore. MOS and Walters were immensely successful for many years and both are very good at their jobs, however, both men are struggling right now as their competition was forced to raise their games and they stopped raising the bar. Both things can be true. We dont need to attempt to rewrite history to win an argument. What we need is a GM and coach with the same hunger to succeed as they had before. If they do there is no better coach and GM this team could ever hope for. Both sides of this debate are right. MOS and Walters are the best duo in the CFL, but only if they get off their asses and raise the bar like they used to do. People saying MOS and Walters are shitty are clueless, people saying that MOS and Walters are doing a good/their best job right now are also clueless. Both men are exceptional at their jobs but both men need a swift kick in the arse to get them going again.

Back up teams guy for novak too. He does have solid potential in that role but hes soo burried its rediculous to carry him. The only change too. Boy coaches better have their best game of the year.

the fact that we have 2 American LBs for essentially only ST... is mind-boggling... keep Ball on for Hazen and dress a receiver... hell, dress Stuart for teams and add another O skill player... that seems fairly obvious to me and I don't know ****! EDIT: I see Ball is on the 6-game... so bring on Stuart and my theory still applies...

No kidding. I thought they'd add Stuart as a player that might be able to take on the roll Ball filled. I also thought adding Texada instead of Hazen might be useful helping coverage issues. Essentially any other choice would have made more sense than leaving Hazen on the AR. I don't expect him to take one defensive snap.

the need to start 9 Canadians not even counting the one American who is technically the 8th is just mind boggling...So essentially 10 Canadian starters when we are hard pressed to start 7 legit canadian as starters And as what expected...we beat Lowly Ottawa so no changes required...we on the path...almost getting comical

for sure...successful reg seasons...but whats that get you in the end if you are flawed...I just revisit and lookat things and wonder how dominant we really could have been if we did some things differently....we did a lot of winning in spite of it...we cant do that now and thats what gets under my saddle...as it can be easily fixed If we didnt have heads up ass and rested as you mentioned we likely won 2 of those 3 cups....Probably could have been there again last yr after securing first if we had been actively upgrading and transitioning on the fly....but we just kept looking backward and clinging to past glory....and let our roster get depleted and have next to nobody to transition...or we refused to use some...Smith is a start...Moving on from JT and having Lawson be the CND rep gobbler is another...but we been woefull up until this

They were highly successful... Probably could have been more successful in all honesty, but still can't take away that success. Trouble is there's too much resting on those laurels and has been for a while.

Has anybody explained to our brain trust that ST's actually aren't 1/3 of the game. If the average game has 60-70 snaps on offense, 60-70 snaps on defense and 20-25 on teams, its not actually 1/3 and your limiting other parts of your tean.

Im going with Jesse. Mainly because I think he's the only one closer to his athletic prime then to CPP. Not the top of my list of guys, but at this point Id say try any thing.

That always sucks fora player...Good player for sure...Not as great tho as they were trying to push a couple yrs ago tho Depending what he had done, could be the end of the line for him with position he plays...will be 33 when he possibly able to get back on field and that's starting to push it with a DB....We seeing it now with Nichols who in my opinion was a better DB and just turned 32....tho still on fence with him and think what we trying to pull on defense is messing with his game....A guy that good doesn't all off a sudden fall of a cliff...and almost look like a rookie in doing so

I'm really torn between telling you guys not to waste your time arguing with the everything is **** always posters and saying **** it an joining. My current strategy of blocking those people means sometimes I can't read entire pages of these topics 😂 No question this season hasn't been fun to watch. The defense makes me want to throw something through my TV, and the offense isn't much better. In my twenties we didn't win a single game in Regina. That was pain. In my thirties we won, and we won a lot and it was a hell of a ride. My forties so far is kind of like my twenties, the team is hard to watch. But man did we have a good run

The guy threw for 5,296 yards & 36 touchdowns with only 11 interceptions in 2025. He had a 68.2 completion average with a QBR of 107.2. This season... 2026... after just 4 games he had thrown for 1,197 yards & 9 tds with just one interception. He had a 78.2 completion percentage with a QBR of 102.6. The Ti Cats were serious contenders in the East had Mitchell stayed healthy. Not his fault that Milanovich & the entire organization didn't plan for a long term injury to the guy. Their entire season was flushed downt the toilet becausae of it. Your post is about as laughable as Noeller's "expert" take on Fajardo.
