True,...you can field a roster of all star calibre players but if they aren't accountable to each other, or they are toxic, you won't win many games when it counts. Coaches like Campbell and Chris Jones just see talent level and nothing else, where other coaches who develop culture, work ethic, and accountability and actually use it as part of an assessment of their roster tend to have much greater success.

I mean he prob knows it’s BS but he’s not gonna come out and say his QB sucks. This is like Pickens saying dak Prescott is the best. Means nothing. Just a receiver glazing his QB.

There's a lot of ways to pump your qbs tires without resorting to pants on head ******** statements

That shift in culture could catapult the Lions back into Grey Cup contention and finally get them over the hump against the team to beat in the West Division.
