So, looking ahead....what's our off season going to look like? Coaches and GM all still under contract, right? Players? Who's going to the NFL? Who do we think might bolt in FA? Pieces that we'd like to see the WBB pick up in FA?

Having finished a 14 game season, I didn't hate it. 

18 games seems like a lot. If financials were not the biggest factor, all things being equal, I would be good playing 16 games and having the season end 2 weeks earlier.

They can pay a 3rd string QB on PR, the same as an active roster QB.  There's a minimum salary for the PR but nothing stopping a team from paying more than that.  It all counts against cap either way.

I can’t see Mike O’Shea leaving for Edmonton. He made a commitment through 2022 and I think that means something to him. He’s not Chris Jones.

The CBA expires before training camp. So, not only is the shortest offseason ever (hooray!!) but the league and the PA need to negotiate a new deal with the pandemic still hanging over us and the impact that has had on the finances of the league.

Agreed. Sucks to lose him, but he deserves a shot for sure.

As in 2013. That was a horrible team. May have been the all time worst. No one wanted to come here.

I assume all players on the injured list get a GC ring. But what about guys on the suspended list at the end of the year?

Very true.  I just hope we don't lose too many vital parts of the machine that has kept the steady flow of quality players coming in for several years now.  Number one on the list for me would be a QB.  We can't ride the Zach train forever, or wait and hope that Strevs' NFL aspirations finally end.
