WF - Bombers @ Riders

It's been a few hours, so it's time we stop celebrating and time to start focusing on our next opponents. Just kidding, party on.

The weather may be pleasant, showing a high of 1 (feels like -4) next Sunday. 😮

After Sunday's game, a Calgary fan posted on their fan forum that Streveler runs like he's trying to kill people. 😁

  • Although, the WSF was not that loud last year. I could actually hear the tears welling up. Kind of like the gentle waves one might listen to fall asleep.

Yes I am new here but am an original from the other site. Formerly the Blue Bonger (12,000+ posts) and of course my current handle GOLD MEMBER (18,000+ posts) . I didn’t mean to peg you Calgarians but I guess it must be that Calgary air of realism spiking your brains, lol.

Anyways we are all on the same side and I believe we move on and Regina will go home crying in there dirty mouldy melon rinds.

Us Calgary residents are simply this... muted optimists. We’ve been let down enough by our team that living in AB we don’t publicly espouse our confidence as we are in the minority.

i know this team can win. I believe they will win. But I wouldn’t be In Riderville pregame spouting In people’s faces that we will kick their ass. We don’t know which team is gonna show up.

As long as we stop CoVaj we should be good

I like that we are carrying 7 OLs here. Means more emphasis on the run. Bring the smash mouth football.

Interesting, Gaitor still resides on the 1 game IR, perhaps cooler heads prevailed and Walters vetoed O'Shea's immediate dismissal.

Too bad for Lucky, he showed early on in the season what he could do unfortunately LaPo couldn't find a way to consistently exploit his talent, doubt he comes back next year.

We’re better off without him. He can’t run routes and has terrible hands. Gadget guy, and that’s all he will ever be capable of.

Lucky is a good returner and gadget player but not a very good receiver

In a shock to nobody, Fajardo is listed as the starter for the Riders tomorrow. Guy has it made, win and he's a hero, lose and its not him, its the injury.

Melon heads got an excuse for whatever scenario plays out and we win.  It's gonna be great reading Sunday night...

Riders QB Cody Fajardo says he believes he’ll be the starter in the #CFL Western Final. He hopes adrenaline takes over and he can play the entire game but that he has to self-monitor and might need to pull himself out depending on how his oblique feels.

Four great teams left in the race and no matter who ends up in the GC it's going to be a great game.  I am going with WPG/HAM.

If the Bombers aren't in it....this guy isn't even watching the Grey Cup - yes I am a sore loser....I will keep an eye on the score and when Hamilton is way up I might tune in.

It's not like he dropped a bunch of passes ...is it the route running and blocking ??  Personally I think it's more Lapo and schemes than Lucky himself

Never thought I’d see the day where I feel like Bighill is our weakest link on D

onky thing that can fail us is Richie hall or interceptions

Apparently Rider fans think they "shut down" Andrew Harris last game. Despite him averaging 6 YPC

They also think that Regina being named "the Queen's city" referred to Freddie Mercury.

I'm 99% sure Gaitor is gone.    I think the IR is purely a business move.

Regardless I'm fired up for this game tomorrow.

You can point to him when talking about a player being a “flash in the pan”. He won’t be back next year.

Got to make it easier on the boomers, okay? I don't want them ranting about the small print, loud music, and anyone on their lawn.

Ain’t it the truth?...

I think his route running is weak.
