Okay, so the off season officially begins now that the Grey Cup is over. Lots of topics for discussion in the months to come with the Bombers & the League. A new CBA needs to be negotiated sooner rather than later.  Will there be an eventual agreement or a lockout? How much will the salary cap go up? Randy Ambrosie is on record that wants the cap to significantly go up so that is a positive.  Will Bo Levi Mitchell sign with an NFL or perhaps another CFL team? What about Mike Reilly & Trevor Harris who are also free agents? There's a new start up league called the  AAFL & there are legit concerns that it'll draw star CFL players away or hamper free agent signings with CFL teams. Coaching changes in BC & Toronto. The continuing evolving story of the expansion Halifax Schooners & possible exhibition games in Mexico.

Hufnagel isn't Chris Jones.  He doesn't need to cheat.  BLM was willing to sign for less to help out the salary cap situation knowing that would mean the Stamps could keep another star player.

I can see the other CFL teams (mostly the Bombers and Als) fighting over any receivers that get released by the Stamps.

IMO, this would be a huge loss for the CFL... there are not many potential up-and-coming super star coaches in the league right now... hopefully he sticks around our league...

sounds like he's got pretty severe diabetes and almost died this year, that would have been a big loss to the league for sure.

My guess is that they watched him play in all those games this year and his ugly mechanics make them concerned whether he is a long term answer or liability.  I don't know the answer to that question.

Jones ain't a long term solution and I'm betting Steinhauer gave em the old "give me the job or I'll take one of the other openings" ultimatum.

I want to know more if there is a story here for sure. I don't like things getting ignored or swept under rug at all.  I'd just like to see mainstream media pick it up and see if its a story. I'm not going either way on this, just not sure this is credible.

Its pretty well known that a lot of people don't like Jones. I don't think however anyone should be able to just report things like this without any proof.  If there is more to this, then I want to hear all about it.

100% my first thought when I read the Naylor tweet.....guaranteed this is what happened.
