exactly... Harris has been fantastic this year when used properly... even when not used properly, he has found ways to get some yards...

Am I looking at something different... b/c I see Roberts starting at CB... And what's the deal with Shayon Green... as in, why is he still even on the team?... his best skill is pass rushing and that's lead to a grand total of zero sacks so far... took one of the most bone-headed penalties on ST I'v seen in a long time that wiped out a TD... he is no use as a 3-4 DE and can't do anything inside... Why is he in the lineup over Hubbard?? If we have a pure pass rush situation we can use Cole or Corney for that...

sure... but this would never happen... Barker is not going to trade away a good chunk of the future for a band-aid (band-aid to Ricky Ray, not an injury related comment) QB...

I believe you're (to quote Roger Clemons) mis-remembering a bit... Khari's quick release, combined with the excellence of Roberts, Milt and the rest of the WR core.... made up for an average O-line... and I disagree with you about the turnovers... if Willy threw 2 picks for every 3 TDs and won 2 out of every three games... I would have zero issues with his turnover problems...

this is a great point... prior to 2007 there were ups and downs... but not consistent garbage like we've seen over the past 8 seasons (2011 aside)... I always think about how different things would be if we even won in 2001... Hamilton would have the longest drought right now, going back to 1999...

I've had season tickets for 13 years... I have never once considered not renewing... if this season continues to tank and next year our head coach is either Mike O'Shea or Paul LaPolice... I will not be renewing...

they actually beat us by 8.. but that score was flattered by a late TD...

He might be good... but a bunch of bad to average performances followed by one very good game does not mean he's the next great CFL QB... I hope, for the sake of the league, that he does develop into a good QB and is starting somewhere next year... Tor, Mtl, here??

thanks Dave Wheeler...

No doubt Doug Berry got a raw deal.. imagine firing a coach after 3 consecutive playoff appearances... wait... imagine 3 consecutive playoff appearances!!!?!?!?!

good to know lots of people here are bipolar when it comes to other teams as well... wasn't Masoli a bum when the Bombers beat him up a few weeks ago?... now he's the messiah?....

what worries me more is this confirms that 5 weeks into a rebuild... the Riders are further ahead than we are in almost 3 years (I'm counting the end of 2013 as the starting point)...

I think it was Walby joking on twitter that Morley needs to put that 100 lbs back on and get suited up! I don't think cutting Neufeld is a good idea.. I've always though he would be a perfect 6th man... wouldn't play enough to get hurt and he has to versatility to play almost every position on the line in case of injury...

I completely disagree with his comment... but his point was, they're not doing much better than us (which is horribly incorrect)... not Kent Austin is a bad coach... which is what you immediately jumped to...

I don't think that's how it went down... I believe I read somewhere that it was a mutual agreement b/c he wanted to get into wrestling... unfortunately I don't have a link, but if you have one for your story I'd love to read it... Wonder how things worked out for this "Rock" fellow... Also, fun fact... b/c his father is Canadian, he has duel citizenship and would qualify as a national by today's standards...

hahahaha... I love this... "I'm gonna tell you what you're arguing... then make a counter point to 'prove' you wrong"

**** you, you're wrong!!! Sorry, I got a little carried away before actually reading the post...

far too often I look forward to NFL starting... to take my attention away from this mess... Normally I am not a huge NHL fan til Feb, but the Jets present a different intrigue this year... so from a sports fan perspective, fall can't come soon enough...

HC - Dunigan OC - Climie DC - Shultz? (I don't think there's a defensive guy on the panel) QB coach - Milt GM - Farhan Lalji AGM - Rod Smith

The defense wasn't perfect... no one is arguing that... they allowed 26 points but still gave the team a chance to win this game... there is a distinct difference between the quality of the D and the O right now...

I saw both Rob Maver and Rene Paredes jawing with the bench after plays yesterday... their kickers have more attitude than most of our team!

Pretty epic rant Mike (no need to quote the whole)... and I appreciate it because it perfectly exemplifies how I, and apparently most others on the board, feel about the team right now... last night I said to my friend "IF we fire O'Shea, name LaPo interim coach, then name him HC after the season, I'm giving up my season tickets... even a few years ago, I never thought I would ever consider not going to games... Mike, I'm a few years older than you but we're essentially in the same boat... I was alive for the last two Bomber Grey Cup wins, but not old enough to remember them... Almost none of my friends are fans anymore, no one cares to watch this team.... I have season tix with 2 other guys and when one guy can't come I have to basically beg someone to join for a free game... it's gotten to a point beyond apathy and it's gonna take something (it kills me to say this) Rider-esque* to show me the team is serious about winning and gain my financial support back... *shelling out big cash to bring in proven winners...

I'd rather Morgan or Jones a field corner... or Loffler at safety... than bringing back Bucknor...

I hope not... I would hate to have a local legend associated with a piece of **** like that... That's what Wikipedia is for... he played for the Bombers from 1952-62 and then spent 1 season with the Riders in 1964 (not really sure what happened to 1963)...
