My thoughts... offense is still concerning... the inability to finish drives will hurt us in future games... and the only TD they did produce came on (what I thought was) a very questionable PI call and a pretty darn lucky catch by Smith... however, I thoroughly enjoyed our ability to actually control the ball and time of possession... Early in the 2nd quarter, they had a drive that was around 7-8 minutes... I honestly can't remember the last time we had a drive like that... but I do believe with the opportunities given to them, we should have put up 45 points... Andrew Harris, wow, if you don't love this guy just stop watching Bomber football now... Defense was stellar last night... off the top of my head... Leggett, Harris, Cummings, Shologan, and Wild were the stars, but no one really had a bad game... very happy with the win... looking forward (hoping, fingers-crossed, whatever!) to seeing more improvement by the offense next week...

I agree with you... however, we're into year 3 and this team seems to be no better than week 1, 2014... the Redblacks are in their 3rd year of existence and are considered a grey cup contender...

I love that Gretzky speech... sure it wasn't all fire and yelling, but there obvious passion and intensity... not only was that a turning point in those Olympic games, but I feel that was a turning point for hockey Canada... shortly after that the Jr team went on their 5 year gold streak and Canada has dominated best-on-best (Torino, 2006 aside) tournaments ever since...

In Darrin Bauming's defense... we was nice enough to change the spelling of his first name to distinguish a little bit... And I'm glad we finally added Player... sure he's no all-star (yet)... but a decent Canadian O-line option should never be unsigned that long... and I believe he was actually born in a first nations community outside of Winnipeg (sorry, I can't recall which one)... not Winnipeg, as someone else stated...
