I want a repeat performance from last game.  Firing on all cylinders.  If we do that there's not a team in this league that can beat us.

Weather - 29 feels like 35 at kickoff. It's going to be glorious out there!

Virtually no wind.

Players better stay hydrated.

The Bomber Store Deal of the Game

*****VERY VERY IMPORTANT*****

Are you attending this game and using an Android device?

You need to follow these instructions:

Winnipeg Blue Bombers: 12x Grey Cup Champions

We would like to make you aware that we are currently experiencing an issue with the Android version of our Blue Bombers app that may impact how you access your tickets to enter IG Field tomorrow (July 15th).

Yesterday, the developer of our app released an update to the Google Play store that they believed would resolve the issue. It has unfortunately failed to do so.  While we understand that it may work for some fans with older devices, the Android app will be largely unavailable for ticket management for tomorrow’s game.

The Apple/iOS version of the Blue Bombers app is functioning normally.

For those with Android devices, you can access your tickets without the Blue Bombers app by logging in to your Blue Bombers Account Manager using the browser on your device. Simply visit https://bluebombers.com/am and log in using the email address associated with your tickets. If you’ve forgotten the password, just click “Forgot Password?”.

Blue Bombers Account Manager

From your Blue Bombers Account Manager on your device, consider saving your tickets to your Google Pay wallet for the easiest access when you arrive at the stadium.

If you have already added your tickets to your Google Pay, no further or alternative action is required, and you will be able to use your tickets from Google Pay as normal.

If you have trouble accessing your account, please note that call volumes leading up to game days are typically high.  Please consider texting our Fan Services team at (204)784-7448 for assistance, and you may also email us at fanservices@bluebombers.com

We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your support.

Go Bombers

Fun note from Our Man Tait:

  • Strange but true – and courtesy the CFL’s stats department – as it relates to Janarion Grant’s opening-kickoff return TD last week: there have been just 12 opening play TDs in the CFL, with Blue Bombers having scored half of them – Mack Herron in 1972, James Jefferson in 1988, Markus Howell in 2000, Ryan Lankford in 2017, Lucky Whitehead in 2019 and now Grant.

Cool stat. Sure miss Lankford.

Only 12 and two of them happened this year?

yeAH CGY has a lot to prove...eeked out some wins against bottom dwellers.....I hate to jinx things but I can almost sense another statement game..

As far as other teams go, they are probably the second best (right now).

They haven’t played one single good team yet so let’s go.

History tells me it will be a nailbitter but I am hoping we kick some Stamps butt. I'd like to see a couple of those passes BLM lobs with no zip taken back to the house. A Dickenson meltdown would be nice too (guy is a tool).

Just now, Mark H. said:

Winnipeg has played Ottawa twice...

...exits quickly, get smacked by the door on the way out.

And also beat the piss out of “powerhouse” BC at home, second game of back to back road games, short week, flying across the country.

Plus Ottawa just happens to have a HC that worked with and saw our team every day for years, added a ton of veteran players, and had months to prepare knowing exactly what we were going to run.  By the second half of the second game Ottawa was never really in it. Just hanging around.
