Thanks for those. In any event, with the Bisons (brown and gold) and Valour (maroon, gold and black) sharing the field, blue would make no sense for them when they play. I also rememeber a story where Rogers Lehew, then GM of the Stampeders back in 1968 introduced the current horse logo on Stamps helmets which was a trademark infrigement upon Southern Methodist University which had the horse first. Before Lehew came to the Stamps, he was an assistant coach at SMU. The Stamps had to get permission to use it although there were some subtle nuances between the 2. There's no way the puny Stamps could take on the mighty Ford Motor Company & it's massive legal dept so the team was simply going to find another logo to use. I have an old TV at the lake that I drag down to the dock so I can watch games, Haven't replaced it because I figure that one day I will probably drop it in the drink after a few too many wobbly pops and this way I won't care. Anyhoo, the picture is going on it and greens are more blue than green. I kinda like the look of blue turf.
